Superstar Mohanlal Provides A Big Update On Much-Awaited 'Malaikottai Vaaliban'

Kochi, April 9 - Malayalam superstar Mohanlal period action drama Malaikottai Vaaliban with director Lijo Jose Pellissery is one of the most anticipated Malayalam movies in the making. The movie is reportedly about an undefeated wrestler during Pre-Independence India.

The movie is in production since January this year, and today on the occasion of Easter, the superstar announced that the first look poster of "Malaikottai Vaaliban" will be released on April 14. The pre-first look poster shows gains footsteps in the rock area which has raised curiosity among the fans.



The film is produced by Shibu Baby John for his maiden production house John & Mary Creative, along with Century Films, Maxlab Cinemas and Entertainments, and Amen Movie Monastery. Mohanlal plays the lead role in the film which also features Sonalee Kulkarni as the female lead, marking her debut in Mollywood.

Mohanlal took to Twitter to announce, "Here's #MalaikottaiVaaliban wishing everyone a happy Easter! On this day of hope, faith, and redemption, here's an important update - The First-Look poster of Malaikottai Vaaliban is reaching you on April 14th! Stay tuned in!"

The release date is not finalized yet.
