Tamil Star Suriya Requests Fans To Stop Worrying About Box Office Collection
Chennai, September 23 - Tamil star Suriya has requested fans to stop their obsession with the box office collection of movies and that they should only enjoy the films and stories.
The actor was present during the audio launch event of Karthi's Meiyazhagan, which is produced by Suriya's 2D Entertainment, the Kanguva star made a heartfelt request to his fans. The actor called on fans to stop engaging in online battles with other fans over box office figures.
Fan wars over collections among the fans is pretty common in South India and this sometimes turns into a very serious matter. Suriya empathized that the movies are meant to be enjoyed and reviewed, not a reason to clash with others.

Meanwhile, Suriya is gearing up for the release of his hugely-awaited Pan India movie, Kanguva. Directed by Siva, the movie also stars Bobby Deol and Disha Patani and is scheduled to hit the big screens on November 14 in multiple languages. On the other hand, Karthi's Meiyazhagan will hit the screens on September 27.
