Theaters to open soon in Tamil Nadu
The government of Tamil Nadu has brought some happiness to the owners of cinema halls after the government has issued an amendment which stated that theaters will be opened soon. However, there is no clear indication when they will be opened but the order says that as the lockdown is opening up in phase manner, the cinemas too will open shortly.
It has been almost two and a half months since the theaters are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic and the nationwide lockdown. However, theaters were closed even before the nationwide lockdown was announced on March 25 by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the COVID-19 infection was increasing.
