Tom Hardy 'Venom: The Last Dance' To Release A Day Early In India

Mumbai, October 18 - Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures high-awaited Venom: The Last Dance is set to hit the Indian theatres a day earlier than its domestic release. It is directed by Kelly Marcel and is the last film in the Venom franchise.

Starring Tom Hardy in the title role, Venom 3 has been confirmed to be released on October 24 in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages. The pre-sales for the same opened on October 18, almost a week before its big screen debut.



Venom: The Last Dance is a sequel to Venom (2018) and Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021), and the fifth film in Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU). In the movie, set after the events of Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021), Eddie Brock and the symbiote Venom go on the run when they are hunted by both of their worlds.

Marvel movies have historically done well at the Indian box office. The first Venom film, released in 2018, grossed over 40 crores in India while Venom: Let There Be Carnage which was released during the Covid-19 pandemic, grossed around 28 crores.
