Top 10 WWE Moves Of Roman Reigns
Reigns is a productive champion in WWE, having held the WWE Championship three times and the WWE Universal Championship twice. He is also a one-time WWE United States Champion, a one-time WWE Intercontinental Champion.
He is a one-time WWE Tag Team Champion (with Rollins), the 2015 Royal Rumble winner, and the 2014 Superstar of the Year. He tied the WWE record for most eliminations in a Survivor Series match with four in the 2013 event and also previously held the record for most eliminations in a Royal Rumble match with 12 in the 2014 event.
Upon winning the Intercontinental Championship, he became the twenty-eighth Triple Crown Champion and the seventeenth Grand Slam Champion. Spear and Superman punch are two of his moves which got worldly fame.
Roman Reigns moves list:
1. Throat thrust: Also known as throat strike or sword stab. Similar to a conventional wrestling uppercut, the wrestler strikes the opponent's throat upwards with the tips of all five stiffed fingers of a supine hand. Abdullah the Butcher and Sgt. Slaughter were professional wrestlers known for its use as a signature move.
2. Clothesline: A move in which one wrestler runs towards another extending their arm out from the side of the body and parallel to the ground, hitting the opponent in the neck or chest, knocking them over. This move is often confused with a lariat.
3. DDT: DDT is any move in which the wrestler has the opponent in a front facelock/inverted headlock and falls down or backward to drive the opponent's head into the mat.
4. Bigg Boot: This attack is usually done with the opponent charging towards the wrestler, using the opponent's momentum to deliver the wrestler's sole to the upper-body or head.
5. Powerbomb: Powerbomb is a move when the opponent is lifted both legs around the neck and then slammed back-first down to the mat.
6. Samoan drop: The wrestler drapes an opponent over their shoulders in a fireman's carry position then falls backward, driving the opponent down to the mat on their back.
7. Sit-out powerbomb: A powerbomb is a professional wrestling throw in which an opponent is lifted (usually so that they are sitting on the wrestler's shoulders) and then slammed back-first down to the mat.
8. Spear: The two wrestlers are wildly known for Spear and it surely hails The Big Dog and Bill Goldberg. In this move, the wrestler creates a motion full rush by half waist-down and hits on the opponent's stomach by his single-depended shoulder.
9. Superman Punch: Roman Reigns holds the best chance to witness this move. The move involves smashing the leg in the back direction to feign a kick which creates a sudden impact of getting blur.
10. Guillotine Choke: The wrestler faces their opponent, who is bent over. The attacking wrestler tucks the opponent's head underneath their armpit and wraps one arm around the neck so that the forearm is pressed against the throat, as in a front chancery.
The attacking wrestler then wraps their legs around the opponent's midsection with a body scissors and arches backwards, pulling the opponent's head forward, stretching the torso and the neck. It can be performed from standing, sitting, or prone positions. Roman Reigns uses this move.
