Trend Maker Thala Ajith's Valimai Cracks Record Pre-Release Deal

Chennai, July 5, 2021: There may be bigger films in terms of scale and budget, but there is hardly any upcoming movie that has mounted on a buzz as solid as Ajith Kumar's Valimai. Ever since the film has been announced, Thala Ajith's fans can't keep calm to witness their favorite star's magic on the big screen all over again.

The H. Vinoth directorial would have been released by now if there was no covid-19 pandemic, which has not only delayed the release of the film but also delayed some major updates such as the first look and more. However, it now seems that the wait is finally going to end as makers are planning to release the first look with a motion poster very soon.



Meanwhile, even without the first look or any major update, Valimai has already started making big numbers. The pre-release business numbers of this action thriller recently came out and it will make you go wow. Reportadly, Valimai's worldwide theatrical, satellite, and digital rights have been sold for a whopping Rs. 215 crores, making it one of the biggest deals for a Tamil film.

The homogenous buzz around Valimai can be understood with the fact that it has already crossed 1 million (1.08 million) interests on BookMyShow. The movie, due to the official confirmation, is expected to release on Diwali this year, clashing with Rajinikanth's Annaatthe.
