1st Round: The first round of Gilbert Burns vs. Stephen Thompson kicks off...not a single touch within the first minute of the round. Burns goes down to take Thompson down, but a good defense to avoid a takedown. Burns drags Thompson into the fence for a clinch. Burns gets the takedown. Thompson is still down on his back.

Thompson back to his knees with a little prop of the fence, Thompson is back to the feet, but not completely out of the clinch. Burns connects big rights, but slips as well. The round ends here.

Second Round: The second round kicks off...Thompson with spinning back kick, but Burns is able to avoid it. Thompson with a high kick to the left followed by a front leg kick. Thompson's front leg is very effective, Thompson hurts Burns with a massive Spinning back kick.



4o seconds to go...Burns with a right hand and then lead a Takedown against the fence. both get physical there. The round ends with a massive exchange.

3rd Round: The final round is here! Thompson staggered Burns with a right and left-hand combination, but then Burns fires back, apparently backing Thompson. Burns comes out with the third takedown. 2 minutes to go...Thompson is still down on his back, look like Burns is gonna win with those 3 Takedowns. Burns leaves no stone unturned to keep Thompson grounded, Thompson just defended a Guillotine choke, the round ended with a series of Right hands on the back..
