UFC Fight Night 177 Waterson vs. Hill Fight Card: Predictions & Preview, Date, Location

UFC Fight Night: Waterson vs. Hill also known as UFC Fight Night 177, UFC on ESPN+ 35 and UFC Vegas 10, takes place on September 12, 2020, at the UFC APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

Former UFC Light Heavyweight Championship challengers Thiago Santos and Glover Teixeira were basically listed to serve as the event headliner. However, on September 3, it was announced that Teixeira tested positive for COVID-19 and the bout was rescheduled to October 3 at UFC Fight Night: Holm vs. Aldana.



A lightweight bout between Roosevelt Roberts and Matt Frevola is also scheduled to place for this event. The bout was previously scheduled to take place at another event earlier in the year. However, that event was canceled in mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A lightweight bout between Khama Worthy and Ottman Azaitar was previously scheduled to take place earlier this year at UFC 249. However, the event was canceled in early April due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The pairing was then rescheduled to this event. In turn, the pair was removed from this event due to undisclosed reasons.



A lightweight bout between Alan Patrick and Rodrigo Vargas has been removed from this event with undisclosed reasons and replaced by Bobby Green.
