Mumbai, February 25 - Ajay Devgn, one of Bollywood's most loved and versatile actors, has an exciting lineup of films ahead. Known for his powerful performances and action-packed roles, he is all set to entertain audiences with sequels and new ventures. Let's take a look at his upcoming movies.

Raid 2



Raid 2 is the sequel to 2018's hit crime thriller Raid which was based on the real-life income-tax raid conducted by the officers of the Income Tax Department on Sardar Inder Singh in the 1980s. Ajay Devgn played the role of IRS officer Amay Patnaik and has reprised in the sequel. The sequel is also reportedly based on real-life events of a businessman fooling the Income Tax Department for Rs. 100 crore. The story has its roots in a case that saw a UP politician-businessman accused of tax evasion of over Rs. 100 crore. Film also stars Vaani Kapoor, and Riteish Deshmukh in prominent roles and is gearing up for release on 1 May 2025.

De De Pyaar De 2

Ajay Devgn and filmmaker Luv Ranjan are reuniting for the sequel to the 2019 hit De De Pyaar De. The film, written by Luv Ranjan and Tarun Jain, will continue the romantic comedy’s story. Directed by Anshul Sharma, the film is expected to release in the second half of 2025.



Son of Sardaar 2

Twelve years after Son of Sardaar, Ajay Devgn is returning with its sequel. Punjabi filmmaker Vijay Kumar Arora is directing the film, and Mrunal Thakur is rumored to be the new lead actress, replacing Sonakshi Sinha. The official release date is yet to be confirmed, but it is expected to hit theaters by the end of 2025.

Ranger



Ajay Devgn is collaborating with Mission Mangal director Jagan Shakti for an action-adventure movie titled Ranger. The film is based on Aseem Arora and Richa Ganesh's 2018 book Ranger, which revolves around a rookie forest officer dealing with corruption and a tiger crisis in Bandhavgarh. The release date is yet to be announced.

Drishyam 3

Following the huge success of Drishyam and Drishyam 2, Ajay Devgn is set to return as Vijay Salgaonkar in Drishyam 3. The movie is expected to begin filming in August 2025, and there are reports that both the Hindi and Malayalam versions will be shot simultaneously.

Dhamaal 4

After the blockbuster success of Total Dhamaal (2019), Ajay Devgn is set to return for Dhamaal 4. Directed by Indra Kumar, the film will bring back the fun-filled cast, including Riteish Deshmukh, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, and Madhuri Dixit. The release date is yet to be announced.

Golmaal 5

Rohit Shetty’s much-loved comedy franchise is back with Golmaal 5. The film will see the return of Ajay Devgn along with Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, and Kunal Khemu. Fans of the franchise can expect another laughter-packed ride. The release date is not confirmed yet.
