WWE Confirms Two Title Matches For Vengeance Day Event

Two title matches are confirmed for the upcoming Vengeance Day event in Tennessee.

At the conclusion of Tuesday's show, Roxanne Perez emerged victorious in a battle royal, securing her position as the new number one contender for Lyra Valkyria’s NXT Women’s Championship. Earlier in the episode, Ilja Dragunov and Trick Williams solidified their matchup for the NXT Championship on February 4, a bout initially slated for New Year’s Evil.



The final four participants in the battle royal included Perez, Kelani Jordan, Kiana James, and Fallon Henley. The match transitioned into a fatal four-way, concluding with Perez pinning Jordan to earn the title shot. A contract signing between Perez and champion Lyra Valkyria is scheduled for next week’s NXT.

During the show, Dragon Lee issued a challenge to Oba Femi for a rematch for the North American Championship. Femi declined the immediate challenge, expressing consideration for a match at Vengeance Day.
