Returning from the break, the match is already in progress. Rey counters a back breaker and hurls Theory into the turnbuckles. Rey then climbs the ropes and delivers a seated splash. Following it up, Rey executes a springboard cross body for a close near fall. Rey continues the action with a springboard moonsault. Theory manages to catch Rey mid-move, but Rey cleverly counters, sending Theory crashing into the turnbuckles for another near fall.
Theory responds with a boot to Rey's head. Attempting his finishing move, A Town Down, Theory tries to lift Rey, but Rey escapes. Rey strikes back with an enzuigiri kick followed by a 619 to Theory's back. Rey then dropkicks Theory, causing him to get tangled in the ropes. Seizing the opportunity, Rey hits a 619, and swiftly follows it up with a splash, securing the three-count victory.
