The episode opens with a recap of highlights from Elimination Chamber.

The Rock enters the ring and acknowledges the crowd. He makes a joke about Phoenix being known for drug use, which Roman doesn't seem to appreciate. The Rock then challenges Cody Rhodes to a tag team match at WrestleMania, with Roman Reigns as his partner. If Cody and his partner win, they will have a one-on-one title match against Roman Reigns without any interference from the Bloodline. If they lose, the Bloodline can interfere in the title match under "Bloodline Rules," which means anything goes.

Roman asks The Rock for a microphone and tells him that he needs him to acknowledge him as the Tribal Chief. The Rock acknowledges Roman and they hug. The Rock tells the audience to go home and "smell some crack," then hands the microphone back to Roman.

Backstage, Grayson Waller and Austin Theory are talking about Randy Orton being taken care of by Logan Paul. Randy Orton appears behind them and challenges them to a match. Rey Mysterio's music hits as he enters the ring on crutches. Santos, Angel, and Humberto mock him, but their laughter is short-lived. Rey discards the crutches, surprising everyone, and attacks them with surprising ferocity.

Santos, bewildered, becomes Rey's main target. Rey enters the ring and taunts Santos, daring him to strike. Carlito spits an apple in Santos' face, followed by a lungblower. Carlito and Rey clear Angel and Humberto from the ring apron with ease, then eliminate Cruz and Wilde with well-timed dives.
