WWE SmackDown: Sasha Banks Vs. Carmella Full Match Recap, Winner

Sasha Banks opted to battle Carmella in SmackDown Women’s Title Match on SmackDown.

Angry over Carmella’s continued mind games in association to the contract signing for their match at WWE TLC earlier in the night, SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks opted to face Carmella in SmackDown’s main event in order to get her hands on the self-proclaimed untouchable challenger.

Carmella kicks off tonight's main event match, followed by SmackDown Women's Champion Sasha Banks. The official made their introductions to make their match official, Carmella a drop to Sasha Banks, Carmella yelled at Sasha Banks that she is the best, Carmella with a Slap, Dropkick landed for Carmella.

Sasha Banks went for Backstabber but avoided by her, Carmella slammed Banks into the cornor. Sasha Banks fired back with the Diving Meteora Attack on the apron.



Carmella sent Banks crashing through the apron, Carmella and Sasha Banks high above the turnbuckle, Carmella slammed Sasha Banks face-first into the turnbuckle. Carmella was taking full control over the match, Carmella with slipper hold, Banks separated backing her into the turnbuckle.

Sasha Bank with a big knee, Carmella from the top rope with a Crossbody for the cover, but kicked out at two, Carmella with a Submission move, Banks was able to reverse it with her own Banks Statement.

Sasha Banks got the distraction from Carmella's EA who dragged Banks out of the ring, Carmella got her back to ring, Banks completely losted and she started beating Carmella hell out until the called it a disqualification.

Winner: Carmella, via Disqualification, Sasha Banks retains the title.

After the bell, Sasha locked the sommelier in the Bank Statement. But Carmella used this distraction to regain the advantage and unleash a brutal assault that culminated in her smashing a bottle of champagne on the back of The Boss! Then, taking a drink herself, she dumped champagne on Banks to add insult to injury.
