Waltair Veerayya Review: Public Reaction To Chiranjeevi And Ravi Teja's Action Drama Flick

Hyderabad, January 13 - Megastar Chiranjeevi's action drama film Waltair Veerayya hits the big screen today. The superstar team up with director Bobby for this much-awaited film that also features Ravi Teja in a prominent role while Shruti Haasan plays the female lead.

Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, "Waltair Veerayya" gets released in approx. 1100 theaters across the country, making it one of the biggest releases for Chiranjeevi. The movie is getting mixed responses from critics and audiences alike, praising Chiranjeevi for excelling in his role but calling the scripts outdated.

Film is carried by Chiru along with a few good commercial sequences with RT and dance numbers. However, some of the comedy goes over the top and emotion does not work as expected. BGM is alright.
