War Day 7 Box Office Collection: Golden Run Continues

War is not letting anyone remain unsurprised. After breaking many records in just 6 days, it has broken one more record by becoming the highest collection movie on the first Tuesday of the year 2019 for the Hindi language. On its 7th day (Tuesday), War earned whopping 28.90 Cr for all languages with 27.75 Cr from Hindi only.





Due to Dassehra (Vijya Dashami), the occupancy was very good during the afternoon and evening shows while it dropped a little in the night shows. Overall, the occupancy for the day was 33%-38% which is better than Friday.





In Delhi, nearly 50% shows were full which is better than some of the previous days of this region. Kolkata had the highest occupancy for the day with 70% shows were full while Surat and Bhopal contributed lowest among the top cities with only 15% occupancy each for the day.

After Tuesday's collection, War has not only become the highest first Tuesday collection movie for Hindi, it has also become the fastest in terms of days to cross 200 Cr in the year 2019. Before War, Kabir Singh was the fastest to 200 Cr for Hindi which took 13 days to reach the milestone.





Talking about the records to which War has broken, it became the highest first-day collection movie off all-time for Hindi with 51.60 Cr. It also became the highest opening weekend collection movie of 2019 for Hindi with 159.70 Cr. On Monday with 20.60 Cr, it became the highest first Monday collection movie of the year 2019 for Hindi..





The way War is going and attracting the audience on a larger scale, it may break many more records in upcoming days, in which becoming the highest-grossing movie of the year 2019 for Hindi is one of them.
