Yash Confirms 'KGF: Chapter 3' Will Happen

Bengaluru, October 23 - Kannada superstar Yash has officially confirmed that the plans are on for KGF: Chapter 3. The actor is presently working on the gangster action drama Toxic with director Geetu Mohandas and director Nitesh Tiwari's epic Ramayana.

During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the actor responded to a question asked by THR India Editor Anupama Chopra who quoted a "great admirer" of Yash, Indian cricketer Shubman Gill, who wants to know when KGF 3 is going to happen?".



The actor said KGF 3 will surely happen once he finishes Toxic and Ramayana. "We (he and director Prashanth Neel) keep talking about it. We have an idea, but we'll do it once it is the right time. It is also something which needs all our attention. We don't want to encash on anything. Because the audience has given us enough".

Yash is aware that KGF and his role as Rocky Bhai have become a cult that people celebrate and they are going to make it in a way that the audience will be proud of.

KGF: Chapter 2, released in April 2022, is the first and only Kannada movie of all time to gross over 1000 crores at the worldwide box office. It grossed over 1200 crores and is one of the highest-grossing Indian films ever. It is produced by Hombale Films.
