Yash's 'Toxic' Confirmed To Be A Bilingual Blockbuster

Bengaluru, February 24 - Kannada superstar Yash has teamed up with national-award-winning director Geethu Mohandas for a gangster action drama film Toxic – A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups. The movie has been in production since last year with plans to release in 2025.

Recently, it was reported that Toxic would be a bilingual film and now, it has been confirmed the same. After the record-breaking success of KGF 2, Yash's popularity has soared beyond the borders, and considering that Toxic is being aimed at a global audience.



It has been confirmed that Toxic is being simultaneously shot in the English and Kannada languages, making it the first major Kannada title to do this. Additionally, it will be released in the dubbed versions of Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Tamil languages.

Toxic has some of the well-known craftsmen of world cinemas attached to it. Hollywood action maestro J.J. Perry, known for the John Wick and Fast & Furious franchises, is choreographing the action sequences, while Oscar-winning VFX house DNEG is handling the visual effects.

The film is produced by KVN Productions and Yash's Monster Mind Creations. The makers recently released the first look teaser which has generated huge hype and curiosity among the fans. Toxic is expected to be released in December this year.
