Akshay Kumar Joins Hands With Lyca Productions For Ram Setu

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has started pre-production work for his next magnum opus, Ram Setu. But ahead of the mahurat ceremony in Ayodhya on March 18, reputed production house, Lyca Production comes on board as one of the producers.

This is only the second time, Akshay Kumar and Lyca have come together. Earlier, the superstar collaborated with the production house for 2PointO which also starred Rajinikanth. Ram Setu is jointly produced by Aruna Bhatia, Lyca, and Abundantia Entertainment.

Ram Setu is a mythological film which is directed by Abhishek Sharma. Other than Akshay, the movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha as two leading ladies.

Ram Setu will be heading to Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh to perform the muhurat ceremony on March 18. The regular shoot is expected to start soon as makers eyeing Diwali 2022 for release.
