Badhaai Do Had An Average Opening Day Collection

Mumbai, Feb 12, 2022: The box office is restarted with the release of Badhaai Do which is a sequel to the blockbuster Badhai Ho 2018. The film has got mixed to positive word of mouth but the plus thing is that the film is liked by the target audience.


The opening of the film is average in all parts wherever the film has been released. The trailer and the songs were not like the first part of the film and hence the potential opening has not been utilized.


The first-day collection of Badhaai Do is 1.65 Cr which is an average first-day number however the number is not bad considering the face value of the film as the first-day number is comparable to the previous Rajkumar Rao starrer released in pre covid days.


The film has been driven by major multiplexes of metros such as Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Kolkatta, and Banglore. The film needs to show growth for the healthy first weekend collections.
