Box Office: Rakshan Bandhan First Saturday Early Estimates

Mumbai, August 13 - Raksha Bandhan sees a decent jump on the first Saturday as compared to its previous day. There is some growth but that is very marginal and also from a very low second day which questions the growth.

The early estimated collections are set to be around 7 crores net. There was a chance for a far bigger growth but the film did not find any takers in premium multiplexes with minimum collections. The film is doing fine in a few centers of Gujarat and Saurashtra but that's all about it.

Raksha Bandhan much like its contemporary Laal Singh Chaddha has recorded very low collections in the first three days but Laal Singh Chaddha has shown a better jump than Raksha Bandhan today.

The first Saturday collections will push the total collections of Raksha Bandhan to just a little over the 23cr net box office mark. The next two days are huge national holidays so the film should record big collections on these two days for a respectable lifetime collection.
