Here are the full results for this Wednesday's AEW Dynamite Episode which is slated to air live on March 8, 2023, from Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, CA. ## AEW Dynamite airs every Wednesday at 8 pm ET on TBS in the United States. In Canada, AEW Dynamite is available through the TSN website. In India, AEW Dynamite airs on Eurosport every Thursday at 6:30 AM IST. ## The show is available on the TSN Direct streaming service at 10 pm Eastern, the same time that the show will air live on TNT and FITE TV. ## AEW Dynamite March 8, 2023 Results ## Orange Cassidy (All Atlantic Champion) vs Jay Lethal ## The match starts off with a lot of takedowns and arm drags. Both stars now brawl on the outside and Lethal goes for a shoulder, but he runs into the ring post. Cassidy with a dragon screw in the ropes. Lethal hits a knee breaker into the ring post. ## Back from the commercial break, Lethal looks in control now and he mocks Cassidy. Cassidy gets a spinning DDT and goes for the finishing moves, but Cassidy can't get the Orange Punch. Meanwhile Lethal goes for a Figure Four, but Cassidy gets to the ropes for a break. ## Lethal goes for a Lethal Injection and his shoulder can’t hold it. This allows Cassidy to get the Orange Punch for the pin and the win. ## WINNER: Orange Cassidy via pinfall ## After the match, Lethal tries to attack with the Golden Globe, and as Lethal is brought to the back, Jeff Jarrett comes to the ring and gives Cassidy The Stroke and then uses the guitar on Cassidy’s knee. The Best Friends show and drive off Jarrett. ## Ricky Starks is up next for a promo. He gets interrupted by the Bullet Club. Juice Robinson comes from the other side of the ring and attacks Starks. ## Singles Match: Ruby Soho vs Skye Blue ## The match starts off with Ruby stomping down Blue when she rolls into the ring. We go to picture-in-picture. They are running a pretty decent match right there. Ruby gets to land much offenses, she's gone full heel at this point. ## Ruby goes for her final move and she hits Destination Unknown for the pin and wins the match. ## WINNER: Ruby Soho via pinfall ## After the match, Saraya and Storm come to the ring with spray paint. Willow Nightingale also gets in the ring. She starts yelling at Ruby. Meanwhile, Storm and Saraya attack her from behind. Saraya spray paints both Willow and Skye Blue. ## Up next is an in-ring promo by the returning FTR. ## Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara, and Daniel Gacia vs Top Flight (Darius and Dante Martin) and AR Fox ## Fox and Jericho are starting off the match. Jericho goes for a series of clotheslines but misses. Fox with a series of high-flying moves against Jericho. Tag made and here outcomes Sammy. He takes down Fox, meanwhile, Dante and Garcia tag in. They exchange punches in the middle of the ring. Dante gets the tag to Fox and he is able to take out all of the JAS. He comes off with a Cutter on Garcia for near fall. Darius tags in and Garcia tags in Jericho who eats a Spanish Fly. ## Jericho hits the Judas Effect for the pin and the win. ## WINNER: Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara, and Daniel Garcia ## Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli vs John Silver and Alex Reynolds ## Starting off the match are Silver and Claudio. Early in the match, we get to see multiple tag exchanges. Claudio and Silver are on top, they exchange punches and Silver gets a Suplex. Reynolds with a tag, and he plants a lot of blows. Reynolds with kicks and strikes on Claudio. Silver gets out of Mox’s triangle choke and works his own submission hold, broken up by Claudio. ## All four men are fighting in the ring. Clauduio and Silver are fighting outside. Meanwhile, Mox locks in a front Anaconda Vice, and Reynolds passes out. ## WINNERS: Jon Moxley and Claudio Castagnoli ## Wardlow (TNT Champion) Vs Powerhouse Hobbs No Holds Barred/Falls Count Anywhere ## It's a No Holds Barred/Falls Count Anywhere, so they can fight wherever they want to. Wardlow and Hobbs are fighting in the back. They are now fighting on Wardlow’s rental car, and Hobbs sends Wardlow into a door. While Hobbs gets suplexed into the windshield. ## They are now in the crowd, Hobbs gets tossed over the barricade and sends him into the ring. Wardlow sets up a Power Bomb, but Hobbs blocks it and hits a pair of Spine Busters. Hobbs brings up a Table and sets up. Wardlow lays Hobbs on the table and goes to the top to perform a Swanton through the table on the floor for near fall. ## QT Marshall hits Wardlow with a chair and hits a low blow on Wardlow. Meanwhile, Hobbs picks up Wardlow. They both toss Wardlow off the stage. In the main event of the AEW Revolution, MJF defeated Bryan Danielson in sudden death overtime of a 60-minute Iron man match to retain the AEW World Championship. ## So much went throughout the match and both Danielson & MJF made sure the crowd peaked at the right time. The crowd was damn hot for this match, MJF showed the world he could hold his own with Danielson, as these two men both put on a spectacular main event to a really fun PPV. ## The finish saw MJF applying the LeBell Lock to an unconscious Danielson, but the arm wouldn’t drop for three. Danielson started to fade and shocked everyone when he tapped and MJF retained the title. ## This was MJF's second successful title defense of the AEW World Title. Here is the live coverage for AEW Revolution 2023 which takes place on March 5, 2023, at Chase Center in San Francisco, California, marking AEW's first PPV to be held in California. This will also be the first AEW pay-per-view to be broadcast on ESPN in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands. ## The main event features a 60-minute Iron man match whereby MJF defends the AEW World Championship against Bryan Danielson. Also, Samoa Joe puts his AEW TNT Championship on the line against Wardlow. More else, Jon Moxley battles "Hangman" Adam Page in a Texas Death match. ## AEW Revolution 2023 Results March 5, 2023 ## Tony Nese, Ari Daivari, and Josh Woods vs. Mark Briscoe & The Lucha Bros ## WINNERS: Mark Briscoe & The Lucha Bros ## Singles Match: Chris Jericho vs. Ricky Starks ## The Jericho Appreciation Society can't be ringside because they are banned to appear. The match starts off now, Starks sends Jericho into the turnbuckles and unloads chops. Jericho responds with some of his own. Jericho with an eye poke and sends him into the turnbuckles. ## Jericho goes for a Suplex from the top rope. Jericho with an Underhook backbreaker. A Dropkick landed by Jericho followed by a sliding dropkick, sending Starks to the floor. Starks with a DDT, Starks goes to the top, but Jericho gets him down with punches. Jericho goes for Suplex, but Starks blocks it. Jericho nails a Death Valley Driver. Jericho sets up a codebreaker followed by a powerbomb for 2. Starks goes for the spear but Jericho nails a codebreaker for 2. Jericho tries to hit an axehandle, and Starks with a spear for near fall. Starks goes for a dive but misses, and Jericho locks in the Walls. Starks reverses it into a single-leg crab. Meanwhile, we see Sammy Guevara interrupting and getting speared by Action Andretti. During the match, Jericho uses Floyd the bat but Starks blocks the Judas effect. Starks wins the match. ## WINNER: Ricky Starks via pinfall ## Christian Cage vs. Jungle Boy Jack Perry ## Perry with a Dropkick off the apron. They are now fighting in the crowd. Perry pours a fan's beer on Cage. They get back to the ring. Cage goes for a reverse surfboard. Christian tries to choke Perry on the rope but Perry sends him over and nails a tope. Perry sends Cage into the steel steps. Perry goes for Stomp but misses. ## Cage brings 2 chairs from the casket. Cage with a backdrop. Cage is sent off the stage and Perry with a 450 dive. Cage with a Low blow, Perry blocks cage from slamming the casket shut. Cage with a killswitch. Cage goes for another one, but this time Perry blocks it. Perry with a snare trap assisted by the shovel. Cage passes out. Perry hits a concerto and slams the lid. ## WINNER: Jungle Boy Jack Perry ## AEW Trios Championship: The Elite (with Don Callis, Michael Nakazawa & Brandon Cutler) vs. The House of Black (with Julia Hart) ## Omega and Matthews are starting things off. Omega takes Matthews down with a wrist lock. Black tags in, Omega goes for a One Winged Angel attempt, but Black escapes. Tag made and here comes Matt Jackson. He wants Brody King and he tags in. Bucks go for a double dropkick but King double-clotheslines them. ## Nick Jackson takes out Black with a Moonsault. Omega nails a Swanton over the top on the House of Black on the floor. We are back into the ring and Nick with a 450 on King for near fall. King with a Boot. Meanwhile, Matthews tags in, but Nick with an enziguiri, King tags back in and Nails a splash to Nick in the corner. Omega with a Dropkick for near fall. Omega goes for a splash, but King gets his knees up. King eats a knee strike to the external oxibital protuberance for near fall. ## Black with a knee strike, both are down. Matt with a Superkick, Omega accidentally kicks Julia Hart on the apron. BTE trigger and Matthews saves Black. King with a Gonzo Bomb and he scores the pin. ## WINNERS: The House of Black ## Three Way Match for the AEW Women's Championship: Jamie Hayter (with Britt Baker DMD) Vs. Saraya (with Toni Storm) vs. Ruby Soho ## Hayter and Saraya lock up immediately. Meanwhile, Soho nails a Flying Dropkick on Saraya. Soho with a Dive off the rail to take down Hayter and Saraya. Saraya gets a kick, while, Hayter eats a chop. Saraya sends Hayter back to the ringside area. ## Saraya stomps Hayter in the corner for a near fall. Soho with an elbow followed by a cross-body. Soho with a Takedown for a near fall. Hayter hits running elbows on both. Hayter with a double DDT followed by a running lariat for near fall. Soho with a Saito Suplex on Saraya. Hayter misses a knee strike. All three women are down. ## Hayter hits a series of rollups to Soho and one of them gets the victory. ## WINNER: Jamie Hayter ## Texas Death Match: Adam Page vs Jon Moxley ## The match starts off and Moxley goes for a Clothesline but misses. They both exchange chops and forearms. Moxley has barbed wire, but Page takes it away and hits Moxley's head with it. Moxley is busted open. Page goes for a Stomp, but Moxley blocks it. Moxley with a Barbed wire punch, Meanwhile, Moxley pulls out a fork. Moxley goes for a Triangle choke and stabs Page's head. ## Moxley gets a chair and wraps the chair in barbed wire and sets up in the corner. Moxley goes for a single leg atop the barbed wire chair. So much offense is going on right now in the match. Page with a Powerbomb on the top of the chairs. Page moonsaults Moxley on the floor. Moxley pulls out a chain and 2 bricks under the ring. Moxley slams it on Page's right hand. Moxley goes for Piledriver onto the chain. Page is able to make it up at 7. Moxley with STF. Moxley on the floor sets up a barbed wire board. Moxley with a Curb Stomp on to a brick, once again Page beats the count. Moxley with a Choke. Page beats the count and nails a haymaker with the chain. ## This time Page is landing some offenses on Moxley. He wraps the chain around Moxley. Moxley with a low blow. Page with a brick shot, Page wraps the chain around Moxley's neck and nails a lariat. Page throws Moxley over the top and hangs him with the chain and wins. ## WINNER: Adam Page ## TNT Championship: Samoa Joe vs. Wardlow ## The match starts off and Wardlow is starting the early offense. Joe with jabs in the corner. While Wardlow with a corkscrew splash followed by a Snap Suplex. Wardlow with a Shoulder block in the corner. Joe with a Frong Leg Sweep and lands jabs. ## Joe with a kick and applies a heel hook and Wardlow has to use the rope to escape. Wardlow misses a clothesline and Joe applies the chock. Wardlow with a Powerbomb. Wardlow follows up a Headbutt and locks in a choke to the champion.
