Mumbai, April 2 - Director Ali Abbas Zafar's highly-awaited action entertainer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, starring Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Prithviraj Sukumaran, is all set to hit the big screens this Eid, indulging in a direct clash with Ajay Devgn-fronted Maidaan. ## The BMCM trailer was recently released which met with positive reception and has raised the anticipation for the movie. Now, according to the latest update, the movie has completed censor formalities. ## The big-budget entertainer has been censored with a U/A certificate by The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with an approved runtime of 2 hours and 43 minutes on April 2nd. Mumbai, February 26 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has teamed with Tiger Shroff for a big-ticket actioner Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The movie is produced by Pooja Entertainment and also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran in the villain role.## With one and a half months left for the release, BMCM is already among the most anticipated Bollywood films and now, it has reportedly received a huge boost in its pursuit to get a wide release in international markets where it is expected to do well at the box office. ## According to Bollywood Hungama, the makers of BMCM have collaborated with Aditya Chopra's Yash Raj Films to roll the movie out in overseas territories. YRF has been a leading distributor of Bollywood movies outside India and producers Vashu Bhagnani and Jackky Bhagnani are confident that they'll get the best of screens through YRF. ## YRF has had huge success in 2023 with the blockbuster outcome of its Pathaan and Red Chillies Entertainment production Jawan in overseas markets. Both the movies combined grossed close to 800 crores outside India, yielding rich dividends to the studio. Mumbai, June 14 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar reunites with his "Rustom" director Tinu Suresh Desai for a rescue thriller film which has been titled The Great Indian Rescue. ## The film is based on a mining engineer Jaswant Singh Gill, who rescued 64 miners at the Raniganj Coalfields in 1989. It is a detailed adaptation of the incident in which Akshay Kumar plays the role of Jaswant Singh Gill while Parineeti Chopra features as the female lead. ## On Wednesday (June 14), the makers confirmed the release date of "The Great Indian Rescue". Contrary to the rumors, the movie will be released in theaters on October 5, 2023. It will be Akshay's third release of the year, after "Selfiee" and the upcoming social comedy-drama "OMG 2" (Aug. 11). ## "The Great Indian Rescue" is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Jackky Bhagnani, and Ajay Kapoor under the banner of Pooja Entertainment. Mumbai, September 4 - Akshay Kumar-fronted psychological crime thriller film Cuttputlli, directed by Ranjit M. Tewari, has the number 1 movie on Disney Plus Hotstar, according to Pooja Entertainment. It is a remake of the 2018 Tamil film "Ratsasan" and stars Akshay Kumar, Rakul Preet Singh, Joshua LeClair, Chandrachur Singh, and Sargun Mehta in key roles. ## "Cuttputlli" was released directly on Disney Plus Hotstar on September 2 after the makers decided to forgo a theatrical release for the movie. The actor will headline director Ranjit M Tiwari's Cuttputlli, which is the official remake of the Tamil hit "Ratsasan". ## "Cuttputlli" will be released directly on Disney Plus Hotstar on September 2.
