Los Angeles, March 3 (IANS) Singer Demi Lovato, who hasn't released an album since 2017's 'Tell Me You Love Me', has announced that her new song is on the way. ## "Couldn't keep it a secret any longer!!! My new single #ILoveMe is out on Friday," the singer captioned a photo on Instagram, reports eonline.com. ## In January, a source had said the 27-year-old "has been working very hard on new music since last year". ## The source added: "She has spent several months of 2019 in the studio and is still finalising her album to this day. Los Angeles, March 3 (IANS) Hollywood star Mark Ruffalo has revealed that he is in 'tentative talks' to reprise his role as Hulk, a.k.a Bruce Banner, in the upcoming 'She-Hulk' series. ## The series is being developed for streaming service Disney+. ## At the C2E2 convention in Chicago, Ruffalo told audiences that his popular Marvel Cinematic Universe character might make an appearance in the adaptation of the Hulk spinoff character, hollywoodreporter.com. ## "There've been preliminary talks," he said about his return as Hulk in the Disney+ series. ## It's not clear how involved Ruffalo would be in the She-Hulk series. The series is currently in development, and slated to release in 2022. ## She-Hulk aka Jennifer Walters is the cousin of original Hulk Bruce Banner. How did she become Hulk? Tareekh pe tareekh, tareekh pe tareekh, tareekh pe tareekh - ‘Damini'. Ridiculous," he tweeted. It may be recalled, "Damini" starring Rishin Kapoor and Sunny Deol with Meenakshi Sheshadri in the title role, was a courtroom drama that is fought out in the aftermath of the rape of a young domestic help by a group of influential boys. ## Sunny Deol, who fights the case to ensure justice for the dead victim, mouths the "Tareek pe tareek" dialogue in frustration and anger even as the defense manages to bank on one loophole after the other to keep deferring the verdict. ## In the Nirbhaya case, the four convicts -- Mukesh Singh, Pawan Gupta, Vinay Kumar Sharma, and Akshay Kumar -- were scheduled to be hanged at 6 am on March 3. ## Pawan Gupta, the last of the four convicts to seek legal remedy or file a mercy petition, had moved a fresh application seeking a stay on the hanging, as his mercy plea is pending before the President after the court dismissed their application seeking a stay on hanging earlier on Monday. ## He filed the mercy petition after his curative petition was rejected by Supreme Court on Monday morning. ## The case pertains to the gangrape and murder of a 23-year-old girl, christened Nirbhaya by the media, in the Capital in December 2012. Six people, including the four convicts and a juvenile, were named as accused. ## Ram Singh, the sixth accused, allegedly committed suicide in Tihar jail days after the trial began in the case. Sydney, March 3 (IANS) There is no evidence that consuming full-fat dairy products increases children's risk of obesity or heart disease, says a new study that raises questions about the current dietary advice for children. ## "Dietary guidelines in Australia and other countries recommend children primarily consume reduced-fat dairy products to maintain a healthy weight and good cardiovascular health," said the study's lead author Therese O'Sullivan, Associate Professor at Edith Cowan University in Joondalup, Australia. ## "We found studies were consistent in reporting that whole-fat dairy products were not associated with increased levels of weight gain or obesity," she said. ## Published in the journal Advances in Nutrition, the research reviewed 29 studies from around the world that examined consumption of full-fat dairy products in children. ## The researchers found there was no clear link between the consumption of whole-fat dairy products and weight gain, high cholesterol or high blood pressure in children. ## "Reduced-fat dairy is generally recommended for both adults and children over the age of two years due to its lower energy and saturated fat content," O'Sullivan said. ## "However, studies suggest children who consumed low-fat over full-fat dairy products were actually replacing those calories from fat with other foods. ## "This suggests that low-fat dairy is not as filling as whole-fat dairy, which may lead kids to consume more of other foods. Health effects may depend on what these replacement foods are," she added. ## The research suggests that whole-fat dairy products may play an important role in a balanced diet for growing children. ## "Dairy is a good dietary source of nutrients for healthy development, including protein, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and several vitamins," she said. ## "Even though the fats found in whole-fat dairy are mostly saturated fats, they don't appear to be associated with the same detrimental health effects observed with foods like fatty meats," she added. ## For more and the latest news about Lifestyle, stay tuned to us.

The film is produced by Abhisekh Chaubey, Honey Trehan and Lalit Sharma. ## "I generally prefer working on long formats such as features or a series but it was impossible for me to pass because it's my dear friend Radhika's directorial debut and also an opportunity for me to work with Shahana Goswami, whose work I greatly admired," Gulshan said. ## For Gulshan, "Sleepwalkers" is a commentary on society, class, nature, lack of balance and greed. ## "The shoot was a challenging schedule but it was well worth my while as it was a very satisfying experience to work with Radhika and Shahana. My on-screen chemistry with Shahana is so good and I'm now greedy to do more work with her. Without giving too much away, ‘Sleepwalkers' is a commentary on society, class, nature, lack of balance and greed. Perhaps it's more than these but this is my understanding from having worked in it. Actress Alia Bhatt reads out the importance of the idea of courage. Salman highlights Gandhi's ideal of service. Actress Kangana Ranaut focuses on the idea of belief. Actor Ranbir Kapoor speaks on peace. ## Actress Sonam Kapoor then says: "A human is made of their thoughts, what he thinks, that's what he becomes." ## Shah Rukh then concludes the star-studded video by talking about faith. While fans, including the superstar's actor nephews Ram Charan and Sai Dharam Tej, have heaped praises, film lovers seemed to think otherwise. ## For the uninformed, "Vakeel Saab" is the official remake of the Hindi film "Pink", which is basically about how three young women are implicated in a crime, following which an elderly lawyer with bipolar disorder (played by Amitabh Bachchan) gets them acquitted. ## Given that the central characters of the story are women and the plot speaks about women's consent, many on social media cannot get over the fact that the first-look poster has totally done away with the female characters and solely features Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan. ## The poster features Pawan Kalyan seated in a relaxed posture, holding a book in hand and wearing sunglasses. ## Film lovers were quick to call out the Tollywood film industry for the misrepresentation, and some cinephiles even wondered if the film is set in a 'resort'. ## Directed by Sriram Venu of "Ninnu Kori" fame, the film is produced by Boney Kapoor and Dil Raju. I had the rough scratch ready within minutes and the entire music piece was made in a matter of two minutes," Honey Singh said. ## "We used the Reggaeton beats which is completely new and fresh for the Indian audience. We shot at the Gugu boat in Dubai which is considered to be the biggest party yacht in the world. This has been shot on a huge scale and I'm sure all my fans will love it," he added. ## This is the artiste and the music label T-Series' latest collaboration after songs such as "Makhna" and "Gur nalo ishq mitha". ## "We've have had a long and old association with Yo Yo Honey Singh. Mumbai, March 3 (IANS) Actor Saqib Saleem, who will next be seen onscreen in '83', can't stop gushing about the film's superstar hero Ranveer Singh. ## Kabir Khan's "83" is about India's first-ever World Cup victory of 1983. Ranveer plays Kapil Dev, who captained India, while Saqib essays Mohinder Amarnath, vice-captain of the underdog team that went on to become world champions that year. Amarnath, who was popularly known as Jimmy to teammates, was a close friend of Kapil. Asked how his equation with Ranveer was while playing the real-life buddy cricketers, Saqib said: "Ranveer is such an easy guy that we didn't have to work on it. It just came so naturally because he is just a loving and open guy. He comes to you with arms open to hug you all the time, so he is that warm guy. I don't think we had to work on that equation at all." ## Saqib added: "He made it very easy. I have to give him credit where it is due that he is one of the nicest and most co-operative co-stars anybody can work with. He is not only a good actor but he makes sure that the other actor also gives his 200 per cent. He always used to discuss scenes with other actors. So, he is very much alive in every scene and it really helped me while working with him." ## Saqib interacted extensively with Jimmy Amarnath while preparing for his role. "I used to irritate him a lot. I have had long chats with him. When we were training in Dharamshala for 10 days so, Jimmy sir was there for a week. I would have one-on-one interactions with him from six in the morning till whenever he wanted to sleep. I could ask him any and everything under the sun," the actor recalled, while interacting with the media after having a cricket chat session in the women's day week in Mumbai. ## Apart from "83", Saqib is also working in Apoorva Lakhia's spy thriller web series "Raftaar" along with Shreya Pilgaonkar. "Right now, the show has not been announced, so we should wait for the official announcement. That ('Raftaar') is not the name of the series. It has a new title. We should wait for it," he said. ## "83" also features Deepika Padukone plays Kapil's wife Romi. New York, March 3 (IANS) Any level of alcohol consumption for people living with HIV can weaken bones, raising the risk of osteoporosis, a new study has said. ## The researchers from the Boston University School of Public Health (BUSPH) and School of Medicine (BUSM) did not find an amount of alcohol consumption that appeared 'safe' for bone metabolism in people living with HIV. ## "As you get older, your ability to maintain adequate bone formation declines. These findings suggest that for people with HIV, alcohol may make this more difficult," said Dr Theresa W. Kim, assistant professor at BUSM in a paper published in the journal Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research. ## Low bone density is common among people living with HIV, even those who have successfully suppressed their viral loads with antiretroviral therapy. ## The finding highlights an under-recognized circumstance in which people with HIV infection often find themselves. ## "Their viral load can be well controlled by efficacious medications while other health conditions and risks that commonly co-occur -- like substance use and other medical conditions -- are less well-addressed," said Dr Richard Saitz, professor of community health sciences at BUSPH. ## The researchers used data from 198 participants in the Boston ARCH cohort that included people living with HIV and current or past alcohol or drug use disorder. ## For the current study, the researchers analyzed participants' blood samples, looking at biomarkers associated with bone metabolism (a life-long process of absorbing old bone tissue and creating new bone tissue) and a biomarker associated with recent alcohol consumption. ## "If I were counseling a patient who was concerned about their bone health, besides checking vitamin D and recommending exercise, I would caution them about alcohol use," said Kim. ## For more and the news about Lifestyle, stay tuned to us.
