'Godzilla x Kong' Sequel Gets Official Title and Release Date

Los Angeles, May 10 - Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures have announced the official first look title of its next Monsterverse film, the sequel to Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (2024). ## Directed by Grant Sputore, the film has been titled as Godzilla x Kong: Supernova, and it is currently in production. The movie will hit the big screen on March 26, 2027, the studio re-confirmed its previous release date announcement. ## Along with the title announcement, a short teaser was also released, which shows an office for Monarch, the shadowy organisation that tracks the gigantic, city-destroying monsters called Titans, where a computer gives a real-life hotline that fans can call to receive an automated message.
