Mumbai, February 21 - The box office clashes have become inevitable during the covid-19 pandemic, which has left the film industry with no other choice. While the pandemic is easing out, its effect can still be felt in the new release dates of the films, which are finding it difficult to get a solo release window in theaters. ## While everyone knows what lies ahead throughout this year as far as movies are concerned, the following year also looks super crowded, especially the first few months. It will all begin from Republic Day, which will see a few biggies taking on one another at the box office, and three of them have already been confirmed. ## Among the first Bollywood films to confirm Republic Day 2023 release, was Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone-starrer "Fighter". Directed by Siddharth Anand, the movie is India's first-ever aerial action-thriller franchise, which will commence filming this summer. It will be produced by Mamta Anand, Ajit Andhare, Ramon Chibb, and Anku Pande under the banners of MARFLIX and Viacom18 Studios. ## Luv Ranjan's yet-untitled romantic-comedy, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, will meet "Fighter" on Republic Day 2023 at the box office. The movie was announced a long time ago, and the filming for the same had begun in February 2021. Produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg and presented by Bhushan Kumar of T-series, the movie also stars Dimple Kapadia and Boney Kapoor in key roles. ## The latest film to join the Republic Day 2023 race is John Abraham-fronted "Tehran", which was announced on Feb. 22, 2021. Mumbai, February 22 - Bollywood star John Abraham has teamed up with Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films for his next movie, titled "Tehran". Inspired by true events, the action thriller will be directed by Arun Gopalan and produced by Dinesh Vijan, Shobhna Yadav, and Sandeep Leyzell under the banners of Maddock Films and Bake My Cake. Mumbai, February 21 - The fans of Shah Rukh Khan have eagerly been waiting for his big-screen comeback for a long time now. He was last seen in Anand L Rai's 2018 film "Zero", which was a box office failure. The superstar took some time off before rolling out his comeback movie, which is Yash Raj Films' "Pathan". ## Directed by Siddharth Anand, "Pathan" has been in the news since late 2020. If everything had gone well, the movie would have been released in theaters by now, but thanks to the covid-19 pandemic, the production of the film kept getting delayed. But now, it won't take too much more time as the shoot of the film is in its last leg and will be completed soon. ## Interestingly, the official announcement of "Pathan" is yet to be made by YRF. Mumbai, October 11 - The release prospect for the Bollywood film industry has changed in the last couple of weeks. Movies that were supposed to be heading for direct-to-digital release are now gearing up for the theatrical release. One such film is Salman Khan and Ayush Sharma starrer "Antim: The Final Truth".## "Antim: The Final Truth", the gangster-cop drama was earlier reportedly sold for direct OTT release. However, after theaters in Maharashtra were permitted to operate from October 22, the makers changed their plans and now opting for theatrical release. The film was in line for its possible Diwali release. However, the movie is now scheduled to hit the big screens on November 26 after director Manjrekar filmed few more scenes on Salman. ## Salman, who recently returned from Tiger 3 shoot, has been shooting for a few extra scenes. A source told mid-day, "After returning from the international schedule of Tiger 3, Salman filmed some solo dialogue scenes between October 4 and 6. The decision to add more sequences, featuring the actor, was taken jointly by Salman and Mahesh after seeing the rushes of the gangster-cop drama". ## After the latest development, "Antim" will most probably be clashing with John Abraham starrer "Satyameva Jayate 2", which has already been confirmed to release on November 26. Mumbai, August 3, 2021: The success of the recently released Malayalam political thriller film, Nayattu, is leading to multiple remakes. Nayattu received a lot of appreciation and accolades from viewers who praised the story, direction, and the cast's performances. ## The movie is now getting remakes in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages. Martin Prakkat, director of the original, has confirmed that the Hindi remake rights have been picked up by actor John Abraham, to be remade under his film company, JA Entertainment. ## The Telugu remake rights have reportedly been picked up by star Allu Arjun. His home production Geetha Arts acquired the remake rights. The production house is already in talks with a couple of directors for the film's remake in Telugu, for which, the official announcement will be made soon. ## The producers of the Tamil remake are yet to be known but Gautham Vasudev Menon has been confirmed to direct this super hit film.
