While the CBI is investigating the Sushant's Singh Rajput death case late actor's BJP MLA brother Niraj Kumar Babloo has sent a legal notice to Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut and sought an apology within 48 hours over his derogatory remarks on Sushant's relations with his father K.K. Singh.## Failing the apology will invite legal action, Babloo has warned Raut.## Earlier, Sanjay Raut has told the media that "Sushant's father had married twice, which was the reason the Bollywood actor was unhappy with K.K. Singh".## The MLA's counsel Virendra Kumar Jha said that "Raut's comment is completely untrue and baseless. People have been hurt due by this insinuation" hence, the notice has been sent to him through email, wherein objections have been raised over the latter's remarks and a public apology has been sought.## Niraj Kumar said that earlier too, he had warned of a defamation suit against the Sena leader over his remarks. "If Raut does not apologize publicly within 48 hours, we will file the case," the BJP leader said.## Raut was accused of giving the statement under political duress or that he had been misled by someone into doing so.## Stay tuned...

Drishyam film director Nishikant Kamat has been hospitalized in Hyderabad due to suffering from liver cirrhosis and his condition remains critical. The filmmaker has battled liver cirrhosis in the past, which has relapsed again.## Nishikant Kamat has directed films like Ajay Devgn starrer 'Drishyam', late Irrfan Khan starrer 'Madaari', the John Abraham starrers "Force" and "Rocky Handsome", and others. Actor Sanjay Dutt, in a shocking turn of events, has been detected with stage 3 lung cancer and is set to fly to the USA for immediate treatment. ## The actor was recently admitted to Mumbai's Lilavati hospital after complaining of breathlessness. However, he was discharged yesterday from the hospital after the full tests were done. And now, the devastating results of him caught with lung cancer came today. ## A close friend of Sanjay Dutt revealed, "Baba (Sanjay Dutt) is devastated. He has little children. Fortunately, they are in Dubai right now with their mother. But breaking this awful news to them would be an ordeal".## Thought the actor is pretty shaken he is hopeful of being cured. Says the friend, "It is curable. Director and producer Sajid Nadiadwala has announced the much-awaited sequel of Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Kick. It will be directed by Sajid Nadiadwala himself. The sequel is supposed to go on floors in the next year. ## Talking about the original Kick, it was released on 25 July 2014 and was directed and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It is an official remake of the 2009 Telugu film of the same name. ## Kick was a big super hit at the box office and was the highest-grossing Hindi film at that time with nearly Rs. 400 crore collection worldwide. One of the 7 movies announced by Disney+Hotstar on June 29, Mahesh Bhatt directed Sadak 2 is all set to release on August 28. The sequel of the 1991 film Sadak featuring Sanjay Dutt, Pooja Bhatt, Sadak 2 will star Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur as the new addition along with two of the original casts.## Sadak 2 was announced on 20 September 2018 and was initially scheduled to release on 25 March 2020, but was pushed back to 10 July 2020. The movie which was supposed to release on Christmas this year has been pushed back to one year and will now release on Christmas 2021 in the theaters. ## Directed by Advait Chandan, Laal Singh Chaddha is a comedy-drama film that is loosely based on the American movie Forrest Gump (1994). The popular reality show Bigg Boss is coming back for a fourteenth season soon. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, superstar Salman Khan has begin preparations for the Bigg Boss 14 and has shot the first promo from his Panvel farmhouse. ## In the Colors' promo video, Salman can be seen saying that the lockdown implemented due to the Coronavirus pandemic brought a huge speed breaker to people's normal lives, making him take up farming. He then said that it is now time to overturn "the scene" as he will be back to entertain people with Bigg Boss 14.
