Mumbai, March 4 (IANS) Pop star-composer Yo Yo Honey Singh, often accused of promoting alcoholism through outrageous lyrics, says alcohol is an important aspect of partying and celebrating and adds that the day the government stops giving license to open wine and liquor shops, he will end reference to alcohol in his songs.## Honey Singh was interacting with the media at the launch of his new song "Loca". Like many of his past hits, "Loca", too, starts with a mention of alcohol.## Mention also came up with reports that the singer, at the peak of his career a few years back, had to enter rehab owing to alcoholism.## "I never went to rehab. I know that there are a lot of reports that are circulating around me and my life. I don't drink now," countered Honey Singh, adding: "Whenever you party then alcohol is the biggest reason to do so. You can't avoid that. In fact, our governments give license to open wine shops and liquor shops. The day they stop doing that, we will also put an end to mention alcohol in our songs."## Yo-Yo Honey Singh has often landed in controversy due to outrageous lyrics in his songs, with court cases being filed against him.## Does he exercise caution now, while writing a song? Chennai, March 4 (IANS) Southern superstar Tamannaah made her debut exactly 15 years ago on this day, with the Hindi film 'Chand Sa Roshan Chehra'. They were so desperate that they were ready to pay hefty amounts of money for it. But none of us accepted their offers and we believed that our audiences' look up to and rest their faith in us. The sight in itself started giving me anxiety. How are we living? What's happening to my earth? I literally had to call up a friend and get comforted as the anxiety was becoming a sort of panic attack.## "Not seeing faces, not seeing people smile or talk, one sneeze or sniff and people become wary, the sight is really disturbing. This on one side and riots on the other...collective prayers can work is all I know, is all I can hope for," Tahira said.## To lighten up the mood, she humorously mentioned the mask as a piece of fashion accessory.## "On a lighter note these masks are going to be the next Louis Vuitton, mine is a limited edition with intricate convolutions!! Toronto, March 4 (IANS) Want to live a healthy and long life? Please take note. Researchers have found that drinking two-and-a-half glasses of orange juice a day could reverse obesity and reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes.## According to the findings, published in the Journal of Lipid Research, the researchers are studying a molecule found in sweet oranges and tangerines called nobiletin, which they have shown to drastically reduce obesity and reverse its negative side-effects.## "We went on to show that we can also intervene with nobiletin. We've shown that in mice that already have all the negative symptoms of obesity, we can use nobelitin to reverse those symptoms, and even start to regress plaque build-up in the arteries, known as atherosclerosis," said study researcher Murray Huff from Western University in Canada.## The research team demonstrated that mice fed a high-fat, high-cholesterol diet that was also given nobiletin were noticeably leaner and had reduced levels of insulin resistance and blood fats compared to mice that were fed a high-fat, high-cholesterol diet alone.## However, they still haven't been able to pinpoint exactly how nobiletin works.## According to the study, the researchers hypothesized that the molecule was likely acting on the pathway that regulates how fat is handled in the body.## Called AMP Kinase, this regulator turns on the machinery in the body that burns fats to create energy, and it also blocks the manufacture of fats.## However, when the researchers studied nobiletin's effects on mice that had been genetically modified to remove AMP Kinase, the effects were the same.## "This result told us that nobiletin is not acting on AMP Kinase, and is bypassing this major regulator of how fat is used in the body. What it still leaves us with is the question - how is nobiletin doing this?" Huff said.## According to the researchers, this result is still clinically important because it shows that nobiletin won't interfere with other drugs that act on the AMP Kinase system.## The current therapeutics for diabetes like metformin, for example, work through this pathway, the researchers said.## The next step is to move these studies into humans to determine if nobiletin has the same positive metabolic effects in human trials.## "Obesity and its resulting metabolic syndromes are a huge burden to our health care system, and we have very few interventions that have been shown to work effectively, we need to continue this emphasis on the discovery of new therapeutics," Huff concluded.##

Bautista worked with Coleman in the action-comedy 'My Spy'.## "Chloe is special in so many ways, she is a bright light, and I'm in awe of her. She really loves acting and it comes across in so many ways. You can't learn what she does; it's instinctual," Bautista said.## "My Spy" is about a hardened CIA operative and his unlikely 9-year-old sidekick. It is directed by Peter Segal and also stars Ken Jeong, Parisa Fitz-Henley, Nikki Hahn, and Devere Rogers.## In the film, Bautista is a hardened CIA operative, who is demoted following a botched operation. He is given a last chance to keep his job with a mission to go undercover and surveil a family. But their daughter (Coleman) blows his cover by discovering the hidden cameras. She then asks him to teach her how to be a spy.## The film is being brought to India by PVR Pictures.
