Here is the current update regarding the current Raw star Seth 'Freakin' Rollins' interview, where he revealed playing 'second fiddle' to Roman Reigns in WWE. ## Seth Rollins remarked while speaking with Ariel Helwani of BTSport.com, on never being "the guy" in WWE. ## As he said: ## "I always felt like a little bit of impostor syndrome with my first title run. I was young, 26, maybe 28, something like that. I was young, and I was working with guys who after I'd won the title that was a lot more experienced than I was. And not that I wasn’t adding anything to the stories, but I didn't feel like I was thinking about it the way, and this is all in retrospect, I don't feel like I was thinking about it in the way that says I would think about it now seven-eight years later, whatever it is. And so yeah, I never felt like even when I had won the title at WrestleMania, cashed in, great moment, I still felt like I was second fiddle to Roman [Reigns]. I still felt like he was the guy, we're just gonna — you're the placeholder until he's totally ready, and we're totally ready to put the ball in his hands. But for now, you're a step ahead, so we're going to give you this. And then you know we'll move on to what we really want to be, but it's going to take a few months. So no, I've never ever felt like I've in my time in WWE that the company was like, 'Yep, he’s our guy, put his face on everything.'" ## Then he also questioned if he ever felt close to being the top guy, while replying he said: ## "I don't know man. I wonder often if it's because I live in the Roman Era that that's just never going to happen, you know. The only time I was even considered I think for the main event of WrestleMania, Roman when he got leukemia, and he was out for from August till January or whatever. February it was, and I was kind of second behind in the little babyface column there, and so you know, I got slotted in. I feel like it's one of those things, I'm like the, you know, the best I can hope for is to be the Edge to his Cena, or like the Savage to his Hogan. Sometimes I just feel like that's just the way the way the cookie crumbles. Doesn't mean I don't think that I'm better than he is, or that I can perform, or that I can draw at that level. I certainly think all those things, but it's not my sandbox. In the latest episode of the "The Hall of Fame with Booker T" podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer shares his thoughts on some of the biggest wrestling news and some of the matches.## Logan Paul has been selected for the title match against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel which was asked by Booker T for his thoughts, while you have people on the roster who haven't got a title match yet:## "I don't look at wrestling that way. I don't look at wrestling like guys are in line and they got to get a shot and everybody's got tao get a turn. Wrestling is not like that. There's a lot of guys in WWE that there are never going to be the world champion. There's a lot of guys in WWE that are never going to get a world title shot. I know a lot of people may look at that and go, that's wrong, but that's not the way the wrestling business is.”## “I run a wrestling company, Reality of Wrestling. If you haven't checked it out, check it out on YouTube. Make sure you subscribe as well and hit the little bell. But I remember one of my guys came to me one day and he said, 'Hey Book, I've been here like nine years and I've never won the Reality of Wrestling title', and I told him, 'You're never going to win it', because he wasn't. He wasn't in my picture as far as one of the guys that was going to be the Reality of Wrestling champion representing Reality of Wrestling. ## Now he may have been the television champion. He might have been part of the tag team champion. But as far as me in my eyes seeing that person in that Reality of wrestling role, I don't ever see him being there. He may work to it, and it might happen one day, but it's not something on my radar. So I just don't look at it like that.”## Booker T continued, “Now, when I look, just say for instance, you know, celebrities coming, not getting the world title shot, but just say for instance, when Lawrence Taylor came in, and wrestled Bam Bam Bigelow, that was a huge match. When Bad Bunny did his thing with WWE, it was huge. It was huge for that audience, that genre that perhaps we hadn't tapped into that we're trying to get to watch our product. So wrestling is not about wrestling, and when people start looking at it only being about wrestling, they're missing the big picture."## He also shared his thoughts on Raven's entry into the Impact Hall of Fame:## “I’m happy for Raven. I thought that stuff was groundbreaking. I thought what Raven was doing back then was totally next-level stuff. As far as checking off all those boxes, Raven checked off all the boxes. Roman Reigns made a rare house show appearance this past weekend, with Reigns back in singles action against WWE Raw star AJ Styles on Saturday Night's main event house show on September 24 in Vancouver, Canada.## Usually, when wrestlers in WWE work with each other in live events, it is an indication of possible future plans. It should be noted that no reports have been received about this possible feud.## Reigns faced Drew McIntyre on September 3 at Clash at the Castle, where he defeated McIntyre to retain his WWE Universal Championship title. Reigns is not scheduled to work Extreme Rules on October 8th.## Reigns' next match has already been fixed by the company against Logan Paul for the Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia on November 5.## Reigns has been advertised by the company for Survivor Series in November and no rival has been decided against him yet. Roman Reigns has been on a battle path for WWE as the undisputed Universal Champion since his return in 2020. The Tribal Chief remains an influential figure on Friday Night SmackDown.## Logan Paul signed with WWE earlier this year and WWE has given him the opportunity to challenge Roman Reigns for the undisputed WWE Universal Title at the WWE Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on November 5. He has played only two matches so far. Now the two will face each other at Crown Jewel. The match was more or less confirmed on SmackDown. ## There has been a lot of backlash from fans and wrestlers to challenge Paul for the title as he feels that he has not yet earned the right for the spot and is a part-timer.## Speaking with SecondsOut Radio Rahim, Reigns was asked about current WWE stars pitting Paul against Paul for the title match.## Reigns noted, “Be so good that nobody can take your spot.
