There have been quite a few news stories about The Tribal Chief recently. ## As reported earlier, Smackdown taped two episodes before WWE embarks on their newest European tour. The second episode will air next Friday while the brand is overseas. ## We will soon drop the complete spoiler, but the big angle that happened was the beginning of a new feud with Roman Reigns. For weeks, we've talked about how Reigns and Drew McIntyre have been advertised for a live event and their feud officially started on TV during the taping. ## As you can see below in the clip, there was a contract signing between Raw Tag Team Champions RK-Bro and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos. Reigns left the ring during the segment but McIntyre also left the ring and even a brawl broke out. ## We don't know things are going to play out here, but A Roman Reigns Vs. Drew McIntyre is happening any time soon. WWE is set to hold its first premium live event in the United Kingdom in over three decades in September, with the Principality Stadium in Cardiff being the venue. At WrestleMania 38, he pinned Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Championship for the 4th time and also became the first superstar to hold both the WWE Championship and WWE Universal Championship simultaneously. ## It's unclear what they would be planning for Roman Reigns going forward. Here are the full results for the 2022 WrestleMania Backlash which will be 17th Backlash PLE. The event will air on pay-per-view (PPV) worldwide and will be available to stream through Peacock in the United States and the WWE Network internationally. ## It is scheduled to take place on May 8, 2022, at the Dunkin' Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island. It will be the second Backlash held under this name after the previous year's event, thus officially renaming the event series as WrestleMania Backlash. In the main event for Night 2, SmackDown's Universal Champion Roman Reigns defeated Raw's WWE Champion Brock Lesnar to win both titles and become recognized as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion. ## The match was barely able to get in 12 minutes at WrestleMania 38 last weekend, there was talk that possibly the match concluded unexpectedly because Reigns suffered some sort of injury to his arm or shoulder. ## However, Dave Meltzer confirmed that Reigns was not injured and the match played out just as they laid it out. Dave noted that it was not a bad match by any means. It was a Brock Lesnar match, no different from many others. ## I am still not convinced if that's the end of the Brock and Roman feud, possibly, down the line, there is one more match left to be done. ## However, Many believe, The Lesnar vs Reigns fight is over and Reigns will move on to a different opponent. WWE hasn't revealed who Reigns will face next at WrestleMania Backlash. At the House Show, Reigns is advertised for matches against Drew McIntyre.
