On the auspicious day of Diwali, on November 14, the makers of the much-awaited Tamil movie, Master unveiled the teaser of the first. The movie stars Joseph Vijay aka Thalapathy Vijay in the protagonist role, while Vijay Sethupathy playing the lead antagonist along with Malavika Mohanan as a leading lady. ## Upon the release of the teaser, it is not only taking the internet by storm but also becomes the most liked teaser in India in the first 24 hours. Along with the most liked teaser, it also becomes the most viewed in South India and 3rd most in India after Saaho and Bharat. ## The producers of the film, XB Film Creations, took to Twitter and announced that Master acquired more than 20 million views and more than 1.8 million likes. According to some reports, Prabhas starrer Saaho gained 22.5 million views, and Bharat starring Salman Khan recorded 21.7 million views. ## A lot of credit will go to Thalapathy who is having an immense fan following. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the teaser of Master was also released in theaters post the reopening of cinemas.
