In Malaysia, the film recorded a massive 5 million Ringgit (approx. ₹9.45 Cr) opening weekend, marking the biggest start for a Suriya starrer in the country. Singapore also recorded its biggest opening weekend for the actor. Down under in Australia and New Zealand, the film earned approximately 240,000 dollars (approx. ₹2.00 Cr). Specifically in Australia, the gross has crossed 300,000 AUD (approx. ₹1.66 Cr) and continues to count, showing a record-breaking weekday hold that is rarely seen for a Tamil film. Ultimately, Karuppu has successfully set new benchmarks across every major international territory.
