The movie was originally announced to be released in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi (as "Saamraajya"), but in the latest release date announcement, there is no mention of the Hindi version. ## While the clear reason for not releasing the movie in Hindi is not known yet, the reports say that it will be released directly on a streaming platform. Netflix is the streaming partner of the movie, and there was a different deal in place originally. ## However, the multiple delays led to a situation where Netflix asked the makers to release the movie in theatres as soon as possible. Hyderabad, June 28 - It might be a marketing gimmick, the makers declared actor Vishnu Manchu's divotational film Kannappa as an industry hit, only after the first day. This is the first instance when the makers of any film have declared their movie an industry hit, after the opening day itself. ## While the intention behind such a gimmick is unclear, it is probably the silliest thing to do, as in reality, Kannappa will fall way short of the box office mark, which is required to become an industry hit. It is basically a self-trolling act by the Kannappa team, which is strange to even think about. ## As for the box office collection, Kannappa opened to around 11 crores gross at the Indian box office and around 13 crores gross at the worldwide box office. This collection, however, is good for a Vishnu Manchu film. It is, in fact, the biggest opening for the actor. ## The presence of superstar Prabhas played a huge role in the opening of Kannappa, as any sort of buzz the movie was able to generate before the release was due to Prabhas, who played a cameo role alongside Akshay Kumar and Mohanlal. Box Office: 'Kuberaa' Hits 100 Crore Worldwide In 6 Days

Hyderabad, June 25 - Director Sekhar Kammula's drama thriller Kuberaa, starring Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Rashmika Mandanna, is turning out to be a big success at the box office as it has topped 100 crores gross collection worldwide in just 6 days. ## Released on June 20, the film has been soaring at the box office, thanks to the positive word of mouth. After scoring the biggest opening weekend for Dhanush and Nagarjuna, Kubraa is holding very well during the weekdays, and has managed to surpass 100 crores gross as I type this. ## In the first 5 days, through Tuesday, the film grossed an estimated 97 crores worldwide, including approximately 72 crores in India and 25 crores at the overseas box office. On its 6th day of business, it has entered the 100 crores club, becoming the 5th Telugu movie of the year to do so. ## Kuberaa is the 4th movie of Dhanush to hit 100 crores gross worldwide, after "Raayan" (also his highest-grossing movie), Vaathi/Sir, and Thiruchitrambalam. Box Office: 'Kuberaa' Scored Record Opening Weekend For Dhanush And Nagarjuna

Hyderabad, June 23 - Director Sekhar Kammula's Telugu-Tamil drama thriller Kuberaa starring Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Rashmika Mandanna scored an excellent opening weekend, exceeding expectations at the domestic and worldwide box office. ## Kuberaa recorded strong occupancies throughout the weekend, especially for the Telugu version. The movie opened to an excellent collection on Friday, grossing over 17 crores domestically. Of which, the Telugu version generated over 11.50 crores gross, which is around 65% of the total business. ## The opening day biz was driven by strong word of mouth, which translated into bigger numbers on Saturday and Sunday. The film finished the 3-day opening weekend with a gross collection of around 57 crores, including around 40 crores gross in the Telugu version. ## Overseas, Kuberaa grossed an estimated 23 crores, for a worldwide total of around 80 crores. This is the biggest opening weekend for Dhanush and Nagarjuna. Box Office: Dhanush's 'Kuberaa' Scored Excellent Opening Day Worldwide

Hyderabad, June 21 - Tamil star Dhanush returns to Telugu cinema with director Sekhar Kammula's action thriller Kuberaa, after scoring a blockbuster with his debut Telugu film in the form of Vaathi/SIR (2023). The movie also stars Telugu veteran Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh in prominent roles. ## Kuberaa has been making noise for the last couple of weeks after the release of the teaser and trailer, which perfectly set the tone for the movie to score a big opening. Pawan Kalyan's 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' Gets A New Release Date

Hyderabad, June 21 - Superstar Pawan Kalyan's long-awaited period action drama Hari Hara Veera Mallu has been rescheduled to a July release after getting postponed from June. The film is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and A M Jothi Krisna. ## On Saturday (June 21), the makers took to social media and announced that the much-awaited blockbuster will be hitting the worldwide theatres on July 24 this year in the original Telugu language along with the dubbed versions of Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. ## Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which has been in the making for nearly 5 years, was initially announced for worldwide release on 14 January 2022, coinciding with Sankranti. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was pushed back to April 2022, but it again couldn't make it to that date and was postponed indefinitely. ## The movie kept delaying due to Pawan Kalyan's tight schedule, but it was finally scheduled for a 28 March 2025 release, but was postponed again as many portions of the shoot were incomplete. It was confirmed for a June 12 release, and it looked like the movie would finally see the light of day.
