The Early Run Time Of 'The Batman' Was Much Higher Than The Final 3 Hours Cut

Mumbai, January 26 - As Batman fans around the world are eagerly waiting for the upcoming Robert Pattinson-fronted "The Batman" movie, it has been revealed that this DC superhero movie is going to be the longest film in the history of the Batman franchise. ## As revealed earlier, the version of "The Batman" fans will be seeing in theaters is 2 hours 55 minutes long, making it the second-longest superhero movie ever (excluding Zack Snyder cut of Justice League). However, what fans don't know is the original run time of this Warner Bros. movie was much higher than the final nearly 3 hours cut. ## According to The Hollywood Reporter (via IGN), the early test screenings of The Batman clocked in at a whopping four hours long, which would have made it the longest superhero movie, excluding "Justice League" Snyder Cut, which was released on HBO Max with a runtime of 4 hours 2 minutes. ## Meanwhile, even with nearly 3 hours of theatrical run time, "The Batman", directed by Matt Reeves, is still the longest Batman movie ever made, outpacing Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, Tim Burton's Batman, and Batman Returns, and Joel Schumacher's Batman Forever.## The upcoming Batman movie, due on March 4, is touted to be the finest in the franchise. Los Angeles, January 25 - The upcoming HBO Max feature film "Batgirl", based on DC Comics has officially cast Ivory Aquino as Alysia Yeoh. Both Aquino and Yeoh are transgender, marking the first time a live-action DC Comics feature film will feature an openly trans character.## Ivory Aquino as Alysia Yeoh will play the best friend of the titular superhero, a.k.a. Barbara Gordon played by Leslie Grace in this original HBO Max film. Yeoh first appeared in a 2011 issue of "Batgirl" written by Gail Simone and penciled by Ardian Syaf.## According to Variety, news of Aquino's casting first leaked online in mid-January after Grace posted a photo seemingly from the set of the film to her Instagram story, tagging Aquino and captioning the shot (of two women crossing the street) with "Barbara and Alysia".## There have been several strides in broadening LGBTQ+ representation in superhero adaptations over the past few years. The latest such example was seen in Marvel Studios' feature film "Eternals", which included the Marvel Cinematic Universe's first same-sex couple, played by Brian Tyree Henry and Haaz Sleiman.## Meanwhile, the "Batgirl" is being directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. Even though the secret was revealed with the release of the film in December 2021, the social media users, however, have finally their first official look at the secret, Marvel/Sony was hiding until yesterday. ## For the first time since the film's release in December, fans are seeing a photo from the movie prominently featuring its best and most spoilery part. Los Angeles, Jan 21 (IANS) Network Apple has ordered a live-action Godzilla series from Legendary Television. ## According to Variety, the untitled series continues the story of the Legendary Monsterverse established in films like 'Kong: Skull Island' and 2014's 'Godzilla'. ## Following the battle between Godzilla and the Titans that leveled San Francisco and the shocking new reality that monsters are real, the series explores one family's journey to uncover its buried secrets and a legacy linking them to the secret organisation known as Monarch. ## Monarch is a secret government entity that has played a major role in the Monsterverse franchise, working to cover up the existence of and defend the world from creatures like Godzilla and the other Titans. ## Chris Black and Matt Fraction co-created the series with both executive producing. Black will also serve as showrunner. Joby Harold and Tory Tunnell of Safehouse Pictures will also executive produce along with Hiro Matsuoka and Takemasa Arita of Toho Co. Ltd. New Film Studio To Be Built In Space By 2024

Los Angeles, Jan 20 (IANS) Space Entertainment Enterprise (S.E.E), the company co-producing Tom Cruise's upcoming space movie, plans to launch a sports arena and production studio in space by 2024. ## S.E.E. has unveiled plans to build a space station module that contains a sports and entertainment arena as well as a content studio by December 2024, reports variety.com. ## Named SEE-1, the module is intended to host films, television, music and sports events as well as artists, producers and creatives who want to make content in the low orbit, micro-gravity environment. The facilities will enable development, production, recording, broadcasting and livestreaming of content. ## S.E.E. intend to produce its own content and events in the module as well as making it available to third-parties. ## Axiom Space, who in January 2022 won NASA's approval to build a commercial component of the International Space Station (ISS), will undertake the construction of SEE-1. The module will dock on Axiom's commercial arm, named Axiom Station, which will also host other commercial ventures, including space tourism. ## Axiom Station will then separate from the ISS in 2028. ## S.E.E., which was co-founded in the UK by entrepreneurs and producers Elena and Dmitry Lesnevsky, is currently planning a fundraising round. ## "SEE-1 is an incredible opportunity for humanity to move into a different realm and start an exciting new chapter in space," said Dmitry and Elena Lesnevsky in a statement. ## "It will provide a unique, and accessible home for boundless entertainment possibilities in a venue packed with innovative infrastructure which will unleash a new world of creativity. He becomes the conduit for the Egyptian moon god Khonshu, which only further exacerbates Marc's anxiety over his mental illness.## In the trailer, set to Kid Cudi's 'Day an' Night', Marc can't tell the difference between his normal life and his dreams. He plays with a Rubik's cube, unable to fall asleep, only to jump out of bed in a panic with his foot chained to his bed, though he seemingly forgets he was the one who restrained himself the night before.
