Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan' On Course To Breach 1000 Crores At The Worldwide Box Office
Mumbai, February 12 - Spy action thriller, "Pathaan" starring superstar Shah Rukh Khan is running riot at the box office and crossed 900 crores mark within three weeks. ## Also starring John Abraham and Deepika Padukone, "Pathaan" is racing towards 1000 crores at the global box office looking at the current trend, thanks to the historic extended opening week in which the movie grossed approx. 697 crores globally, including 260 crores overseas. ## After such a massive week, "Pathaan" dropped around 78% globally in the second week for approx. 191 crores, reaching 888 crores after two weeks (16 days). The third week too had strong numbers, scoring approx. 47 crores net. Produced by Yash Raj Films, "Pathaan's" total collection after the full is approx. 976 crores gross worldwide. It will have competition from February 17 when "Shehzada" and "Ant-Man 3" will release. However, despite that, "Pathaan" is expected to retain a good amount of screens to breach past 1000 crores mark. ## "Pathaan" will be the only Bollywood movie to go past 1000 crores globally (which looks inevitable) without China.
