Wilde is hurled into the ring with a powerful hip toss. The match officially kicks off now, Price charges in and connects with a forceful knee strike. Wilde attempts to counter with a waist lock, but Price swiftly counters with an elbow and transitions into a release suplex nearly securing a near fall. ## Nima enters the ring, and Price delivers a devastating clothesline in the corner, followed by a forearm strike from Nima. He misses a dropkick though, allowing Oba to land a brutal uranage backbreaker twice in a row, nearly winning the match.## Oba maintains control with a running uppercut and rear chin lock.## Seeing his partner struggle, Josh Briggs enters the ring to motivate Brooks.## Brooks throws Oba into the corner, but Oba responds with forearms. Brooks battles back with elbows and punches, then connects with a superkick and clothesline. A dropkick and power slam put Oba down for another near fall.## Oba counters with a rake to the eyes, then repeatedly throws Brooks to the mat. He attempts a pop-up powerbomb, but hesitates, glaring at Briggs instead of finishing the match. Fallon counters with a springboard armbar takedown and lands dropkicks.## Kiana stops Fallon's escape attempt and Izzi delivers a cheap shot. Kiana tags in and connects with a running boot for a near fall. Kiana drives Fallon into the turnbuckle and delivers another shoulder strike. Izzi tags in and holds Fallon while Kiana throws punches. Izzi gets a near fall with a running knee.## Izzi focuses on controlling Fallon's neck.## Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx interfere from ringside.## Fallon throws an elbow, and Izzi responds with a forearm. Kiana tags in, but Fallon overpowers her with a kick and arm drag. Thea enters the ring and connects with a series of strikes on Izzi, including running double sledges and a headscissors takedown. She believed Jacy saw her potential and supported her dreams. Thea even changed herself to fit in with Jacy. This "friendship" turned Thea into a worse person, but Thea ignored it because she looked up to Jacy like a sister.## Thea finally realizes her mistake. She declares she's done with this. This fake version of herself isn't who she is, it's all because of Jacy's bad influence. Thea doesn't want to become someone like Jacy. She apologizes for not being "cool enough" for Jacy's negativity. Thea declares she's back to her old self. She emphasizes this with a strong word. Jacy and her friend leave the ring while Thea celebrates her victory. ## Meanwhile, the managers discuss the situation. Riley seems impressed by Thea's speech. Another manager, Charlie, believes Thea peaked while being with their group. Riley reminds Charlie what the leader, William Regal, did in a similar situation. Another manager, Drew, mentions a rule called the "Catch Clause" that can be used if Riley makes the right call. ## Two other wrestlers, Nathan and Axiom, arrive. They tell Riley she can beat any of them. Axiom mentions knowing someone who previously held a championship title. The managers discuss their plan. They believe their team can win both the tag team and single championships at the upcoming event.## The scene cuts to a commercial break. ## Luke and Karl, two wrestlers, chat about wanting to be the champions again. They acknowledge they must defeat Hank and Tank first. They warn Hank and Tank that things won't go well for them since Luke and Karl were champions before Hank and Tank even started wrestling. Karl says their goal is to beat every single tag team until only one remains.## We then see Hank and Tank watching a screen. Hank says their success wasn't just luck. He believes Luke and Karl are getting ahead of themselves assuming they'll win the championship in Philadelphia. Hank claims they'll surprise them next week and ultimately win the three-way match.## Baron and Bron, another wrestling team, enter the scene after being mentioned. Baron confidently states they can defeat Luke and Karl's team. This pumps up Hank and Tank, and they leave.## Bron and Baron are confused by the situation. They wonder what just happened. ## Singles Match: Ridge Holland vs Shawn Spears ## Shawn hits Ridge, who then attacks Spears. Spears grabs Ridge's head from the front, but Ridge throws him back. Shawn tries to flip Ridge over, but it fails. Spears slaps Ridge again and tells him to fight back.## Ridge fights back with a clothesline, sending Spears to the corner. Spears kicks Ridge and throws punches. He continues punching while Ridge is against the turnbuckles. Ridge pushes Spears away and tackles him with his shoulder while running.## Ridge jumps over the top rope to the outside, but Spears ducks under. Ridge sweeps Spears' legs, knocking him down on the ring apron. Ridge chops Spears and hits him with repeated uppercuts.## Ridge tries to slam Spears' shoulder into the ring post, but hesitates. Spears uses this moment to throw Ridge shoulder-first into the post.## They get back in the ring, and Spears punches Ridge repeatedly. He then corners Ridge and chops him several times. Ridge fights back with a move that throws Spears across the ring. He tries to lift Spears for a slam, but Spears counters and almost pins him.## Spears knees Ridge's back and holds him in a headlock from behind. Ridge breaks free with an uppercut, grabs Spears' throat, and hits him with a clothesline. He follows up with punches, throws Spears out of the ring, and slams him into the barrier.## Ridge then tackles Spears outside the ring and throws him into the ring steps. Ridge shoves the ring steps aside and rips the cover off the announcer's table. Spears gets back in the ring, but Ridge yanks him back outside. Ridge climbs onto the steps and tries to lift Spears for a slam through the table. He pulls it off successfully.## Ridge grabs a chair and brings it into the ring. The referee jumps in and prevents him from using it. Spears takes advantage with a quick roll-up, nearly pinning Ridge.## Ridge attempts another slam, but Spears gets up. Spears then performs a powerful move where he runs, lifts Ridge, slams him face-first into the corner, and onto the chair. This move wins the match for Spears. ## WINNER: Shawn Spears ## Trick Williams walks into the ring. He normally knows what to say, but today he's stuck. He's mad, really mad. He feels like someone did him wrong.## Family matters to Trick. Brothers stick together, that's the way he sees it. He looked out for Melo for two whole years. WWE NXT experienced a slight drop in viewership and ratings for its most recent Tuesday night episode on USA Network. However, the show continues to exhibit year-over-year growth despite the decline, per Wrestlenomics ## The February 27th episode averaged 570,000 viewers, marking a 7.5% decrease from the previous week and the lowest audience for the show since July 4th, 2023. Similarly, the episode drew a 0.16 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, reflecting an 11.1% dip compared to last week and tying the show's lowest rating since July 4th of last year. ## Despite the recent decline, NXT remains on a positive trajectory compared to its performance in 2023. When looking at the same week from the previous year, the show's overall viewership actually increased by 2.7%, and its 18-49 rating witnessed a significant rise of 23.1%. This indicates that NXT continues to attract a younger demographic compared to its viewership in 2023. ## Furthermore, looking at the entire month of February, NXT averaged 621,500 viewers and a 0.175 rating in the 18-49 demo. Trick covers Cruz for the three count, securing the hard-fought victory for his team. ## WINNER: Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes ## Following the match, Oba Femi launches an attack on Cruz and Joaquin. Dragon Lee intervenes, delivering an enzuigiri and landing punches on Femi. Wilde and Cruz join the assault in a three-on-one scenario, but Femi manages to push them away. Oba retaliates with knees, tossing Wilde into Cruz. As Lee ascends the turnbuckles, Femi chops him mid-air.## In the backstage area, Ava interviews Ridge Holland.
