NXT Champion owner Braun Brecker is also a fan of Roman Reigns.## Daniel Cormier appeared on The Masked Man Show last Sunday to talk about his role as the special referee at WWE Extreme Rules. The conversation was amazing and it looked like Braun Brecker had a desire to be the WWE Universal Champion.## I was in my locker room last week with Julius Creed, Jay Casper, and Bron Breakker. They flew up. Jay Casper is one of my guys. He used to train in my camp. When I was there, we spent the whole day. I was with those guys and we got in the ring some. ## Breakker tells me, ‘I hope he (Roman Reigns) never loses. I hope that when that belt is off of him, he just walks away from it, like, I don’t need to be the champ no more, there you go, because his character is so over. I don’t want to see that character lose.’ This is a guy who’s going to challenge for that belt at some point. It’s crazy. It tells you what Roman Reigns has become.## Braun Breaker is also one of the fans of Roman Reigns's gimmicks. Sacramento, October 13, 2022 - Solo made his debut in the development brand WWE NXT on October 26, 2021, at Halloween Havoc where he interrupted a segment between the co-hosts Grayson Waller and L.A. Knight and subsequently attacked Waller. ## Following his debut, Solo went on to establish himself as a face. During his stint in WWE, is also went on to become the NXT North American Champion once. ## Sikoa would make his return from injury at the Clash at the Castle premium event on September 3, interfering in the main event match between his cousin Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre, helping Reigns retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against McIntyre and aligning himself with The Bloodline. ## Speaking to Peter Rosenberg on Cheap Heat, Sikoa reflected on his trip to Cardiff. ## "Going to Cardiff, that was my first time meeting him," he was when asked about working with Triple H. "At the time, he was down at NXT and when he signs new people to NXT, he'll take a picture with them. A week before, we were getting ready to take a picture and he had some differences and something had happened. [Cardiff] was my first time meeting him. ## He brought him into his office and was like, 'Hey man, welcome to Cardiff. You know this is your call up, right?' I was like, 'Nah, I didn't.' 'Yeah, this is your call up to SmackDown. Welcome. You know what you're doing today?' 'Nah, man, I don't.' [laughs]. 'Okay, we'll go over it with Roman.' He'll talk to me every time after the match and give me advice. Bray Wyatt Set To Challenge Roman Reigns For The WWE Universal Championship?

Brooksville, October 13, 2022 - It seems like there have been some talks about WWE possibly making a program to make Bray Wyatt the new WWE Universal Champion. ## The official Twitter handle of Top Rope Belts made a custom Universal Championship belt for Wyatt years ago and shared the picture of the title. Wyatt also liked the tweet, possibly indicating an eventual champion. Or, at least he's looking for custom title belt design ideas. ## It should be noted that, At the closure of "Extreme Rules," Bray Wyatt officially returned to WWE, accompanied by live-action versions of his Firefly Fun House characters, revealing himself as the person behind the "White Rabbit" teases. ## Wyatt also showcased a new mask, indicating another persona change. He then removed his masked and said "I'm here" to the camera – an allusion to one of his early catchphrases under the Wyatt moniker – before blowing out the light to his lantern. ## Wyatt has held the Universal Championship twice. His Universal Title win came down under, "The Fiend," Character where he defeated Rollins at Crown Jewel in a falls count anywhere match to win the Universal Championship. ## However, At Super ShowDown (2020), The Fiend character suffered his first loss to Goldberg, ending his reign at 118 days. Later on, At SummerSlam, The Fiend defeated Strowman to win the Universal Championship for the second time. ## At Payback, The Fiend defended the title against Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns in a Triple Threat match where Reigns pinned Strowman to win the title. The match featured Matt Riddle defeating Seth "Freakin" Rollins by submission. ## While speaking with Matt Riddle during the DC & RC podcast, Daniel Cormier discussed being the referee for the Fight Pit match at WWE 2022 Extreme Rules PLE. ## During the talk, Cormier stated that He started forgetting the match due to nervousness, but once he walked out there, it was so much fun. ## “I was in the back and I was nervous because obviously, you know the outcome. I started forgetting the match. I was like, oh my goodness. So I kept having to ask questions. I was so nervous, bro. But once I walked out there, it was so fun. The energy of the crowd is like second to none. I fought in front of bigger crowds than I was in front of last weekend, but ultimately that’s just, it’s a shoot. I’m going to just fight. ## It is gonna be what it’s gonna be, but to remember all the points of what you’re supposed to do in the match, dude, it was amazing. Then I got fans heckling me. They’re calling me Carl Winslow in there. They’re messing with me. They said, ‘DC, climb up the cage.’ I’m standing in the bottom like, I’m not going up there with these dudes. They’re up there actually wrestling on that little ledge bro. I was like, this is crazy. ## Then when Riddle jumped off the top, I was like man, I couldn’t believe that I was actually in that moment. Orlando, October 11, 2022 - New matches have been announced for WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2022 which is set to take place on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. ## After weeks of tormenting the champion, Mandy Rose, Alba Fyre revealed on October 11 that she will officially be challenging for the NXT Women's Championship at Halloween Havoc on October 22. ## On the October 11 episode of NXT, Crews discussed his issues with Waller. During a vignette, Crews had visions of a graveyard and a casket. In recent days, WWE brought up some big names including AJ Styles, Dolph Ziggler, Robert Roode, Natalya, and the Viking Raiders to help teach some of the upcoming talent. ## WWE continued the feud between Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez on NXT last week when the pair appeared on the Grayson Waller Effect talk show, where they announced that the two women would face off in a Weapons Wild match at Halloween Havoc. ## Before that, they will participate in 'Pick Your Poison' matches in the coming weeks. Neither Roxanne nor Cora have announced their chosen rival for each other.
