Kevin Owens On Vince McMahon Allegations; 'There's Really No Words To Describe, It's Shameful'

WWE veteran Kevin Owens has spoken out concerning the recent allegations of sex trafficking and abuse leveled against former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. The accusations have cast a long shadow over the wrestling industry, prompting wrestlers and fans alike to question and condemn the alleged actions. ## On January 25th, 2023, Janel Grant, a former WWE employee, filed a lawsuit against WWE, John Laurinaitis, and Vince McMahon. The lawsuit outlines alleged instances of sexual assault, emotional abuse, and sex trafficking, spanning from March 2019 to March 2022, and claims that McMahon used his position to coerce Grant into unwanted situations. ## Having collaborated with McMahon both on and off-screen, Owens, known for his outspoken nature, did not hesitate to share his thoughts on the matter. In an interview with Alex McCarthy of Daily Mail, he condemned the allegations, calling them "awful" and "shameful." ## "Everything that has come out is awful," Owens began. "Just terrible. There's really no words to describe how sad this makes me feel. If the people spoke out went through what they went through, that's terrible. It's shameful and it can't ever happen again. That's what it comes down to." ## These comments reflect the wider sentiment of discontent within the wrestling community. Female performers are reportedly being approached by news outlets for their perspective on the scandal, further amplifying the gravity of the situation. ## In the wake of these allegations, McMahon's future with WWE remains shrouded in uncertainty. His potential return to the company appears unlikely, and the final outcome for the former chairman is still unknown. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

Mandy Rose Comments On Scrapped WWE Plans, Confirms She Was Supposed To Win The SmackDown Women's Title At WrestleMania 35

Former NXT Women's Champion, Mandy Rose, recently shed light on scrapped plans for her at WrestleMania 35. Speaking to McKenzie Mitchell, Rose confirmed the long-rumored idea of her winning the SmackDown Women's Championship at the event from Asuka. ## For years, fans have speculated about a potential WrestleMania 35 title win for Rose. These rumors stemmed from leaked plans that never came to fruition. In her interview, Mitchell directly inquired about the scrapped plans, prompting Rose's confirmation. ## "Vividly, it's hard to remember, but I do remember moments of what happened, and I don't think I've ever shared this anywhere either. But it was very upsetting because it was like one of those moments that could have been really cool for me, but then it was just like, "Oh, maybe next time." But yeah, I do remember, obviously, we were in a storyline. It was Sonia Deville and Asuka and myself. Sonia and I were starting to have some conflicts being created.## It was kind of the beginning of it where we were kind of costing each other, you know, the match, and we just weren't getting on the same page with things with our matches with Asuka. We had singles matches with Asuka, and then I was told from somebody it would potentially be me versus Asuka for the Women's Championship at WrestleMania, which I was like, "Whoa, I don't even think I really like believed it, though, to be honest, It was super big moment. I was kind of just taking it with a grain of salt. Anything can happen. Anything can change. And so it did. But yeah, it was just one of those moments where it was just kind of shitty, and you just had to kind of back to the drawing board. And I remember venting to a few people about it, but it was a little bit just disappointing. Yeah, it was really disappointing, but it was one of those things that like it happens."## Rose further commented on what gear she wore that night; ## "This was a really cool jacket that I had made. I did end up wearing it at the battle royal at Wrestlemania 35, which I ended up in the Battle Royal when I was potentially having a title match. But you know, I strut myself down that ramp and I wore this. It's very, yeah, it's heavy too. I mean, this is like 10 lbs on its own, right? And wearing it, and it also, like, tight on the arm, so getting it off was like, I was like, "Oh." But yeah, no, I thought it was really cool, and I probably had some ideas of maybe Wings back then to go out if I did have that match 'cause it would have been really special. But I don't. I never had Wings made."## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

Seth Rollins Believes He May Benefit From Wrestling At Least One Match In The Weeks Leading Up To WrestleMania 40

Seth Rollins, the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion, is nearing a return to the ring after suffering an MCL tear and partially torn meniscus six weeks ago. This news comes as a welcome relief for wrestling fans, especially considering the recent unforeseen circumstances surrounding the upcoming WrestleMania. ## Rollins' original plan was to defend his championship against Bronson Reed at the February 24th Elimination Chamber event in Australia. However, his injury forced WWE to change course. While they aimed to find an alternative opponent for Reed, further complications arose. ## Just before the event, Reed announced that his wife, Paige, had given birth to their daughter earlier than expected. Understandably, he chose to remain in the United States to support his family, missing the Elimination Chamber entirely. ## Despite these setbacks, Rollins is now optimistic about his return. He acknowledges the importance of ring time before the biggest stage of them all: "I've been doing this for 20 years, so I kind of know what I'm doing, but I do my best work when I'm in practice," Rollins told "The West Sport." "So we'll see what happens, if I have any matches before WrestleMania or not. [It's] kind of not entirely up to me, but we'll see how it goes." ## While Rollins expresses a desire for a pre-WrestleMania warm-up match, he acknowledges that the decision ultimately rests with WWE.## Regardless of any pre-WrestleMania appearances, Rollins' main focus is clear: defending his title against Drew McIntyre, who emerged victorious from the 2024 Men's Elimination Chamber. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

Former WWE Star Mandy Rose Details What She Wanted To Achieve During Her Run On 'NXT' Between 2021 And 2022

Former WWE Superstar Mandy Rose, who enjoyed her most successful run in her final stint with "WWE NXT," has opened up about the changes she made to refresh her character. In a recent interview on McKenzie Mitchell's YouTube channel, Rose revealed her desire to evolve during her 2021-2022 return to "NXT." She took this run seriously and wanted her character to reflect that.## "I went with the whole dark hair look and I just had kind of a different vibe going," Rose said. "I just wanted to be a little edgier, I wanted to be taken more serious because it was always 'The Golden Goddess' and I wanted to switch it up." ## This character shift coincided with her most dominant period. Rose reigned as the "NXT" Women's Champion for over a year, defeating popular wrestlers like Dakota Kai, Meiko Satomura, and Io Shirai (now IYO Sky). However, her reign ended abruptly in December 2022 when Roxanne Perez dethroned her, followed by her release from WWE.## The reasons for her release remain ambiguous. Some reports indicate it stemmed from the content on her FanTime page, deemed incompatible with WWE's PG image or conflicting with a sponsorship deal.## Rose had a rollercoaster seven-year career with WWE. After spending all of 2016 in "NXT," she transitioned to the main roster for four years before returning to "NXT" in 2021, where she remained until her release. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

Logan Paul vs. Randy Orton And AJ Styles vs. LA Knight All Set To Take Place At WrestleMania 40

Two enticing matches have been officially added to the WrestleMania 40 card following Saturday's Elimination Chamber. According to Dave Meltzer, both Logan Paul vs. Randy Orton and AJ Styles vs. LA Knight have been confirmed for the grandest stage of them all. ## These potential showdowns were subtly hinted at throughout the Elimination Chamber event, and now, WWE have added their inclusion in WrestleMania's high-stakes lineup. Meltzer stated in his Sunday Daily Update, “Coming off the Chamber show, those at WWE have confirmed both bouts, AJ Styles vs. LA Knight and Logan Paul vs. Randy Orton, that yesterday’s show appeared to set up. Both are right now listed for Mania.” ## The seeds for these matches were sown during the men's chamber match itself. After Bobby Lashley's elimination, a fired-up AJ Styles entered the chamber and unleashed a vicious assault on LA Knight, culminating in a Styles Clash onto a steel chair, effectively eliminating Knight from the competition.## Later in the match, Logan Paul attempted to interfere using brass knuckles, leading to his own elimination at the hands of Randy Orton's signature RKO. However, Paul didn't go down without a fight. He recovered after the elimination and struck Orton with the same knuckles, ultimately enabling Drew McIntyre to secure the win. This victory paves the way for McIntyre's highly anticipated WrestleMania 40 clash against the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins Was Originally Set To Defend His Title At Elimination Chamber

The WWE Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event saw several Australian stars take the spotlight, with Grayson Waller hosting his show, Indi Hartwell challenging for Tag Team gold, and Rhea Ripley successfully defending her Women's World Championship. However, one rising star was noticeably absent: Bronson Reed. ## While Reed had been building momentum in recent weeks, he revealed on social media that his wife's early birth prevented him from attending the Perth event. His upcoming match against Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 40 is now in question. ## Second, Reed, despite his willingness to travel despite the impending birth, ultimately stayed with his wife. As Fightful Select notes, "everything ended up working out for the best." ## While Reed missed out on a potentially career-defining match, his dedication to his family is admirable. It remains to be seen how WWE will handle his character upon his return, but his talent and potential ensure his future remains bright. ## Stay Tuned To Sacnilk...
