WWE announced the new Pay-Per-View event Prior to the Universal Title match during Payback, WWE confirmed the airing of Clash Of Champions that will now take place on September 27th, 2020. It will be live from The ThunderDome at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.##
Clash Of Champions will be the fourth event in the Clash of Champions chronology. It was also earlier reported that the opening date for Clash of Champions was presumably September 20, but it went through a change later. In the first Triple Threat Qualifier match, Keith lee triumphed over Dolph Ziggler heading to the Triple Threat match. In the second match, Randy Orton defeated Kevin Owens to advance in the match. In the next and the final match Seth Rollins defeated Dominik Mysterio.##

Seth Rollins, Keith Lee caught Seth Rollins under a Massive Powerbomb, Randy Orton into the ring with an RKO to Keith Lee, Randy Orton instead covered Seth Rollins for the counts to win the match. Now, Randy Orton with the winner will challenge Drew McIntyre at Clash Of Champions on Sep. 27, 2020.##

Baron Corbin with a try to have his move, but Matt Riddle was able to retreat as Sheamus landed a Brogue kick, Matt Riddle with a kick to Sheamus and climbed up to the top rope without spending the time. Matt Riddle finally landed Floating Bro jump to Sheamus but got Frog Splash out of nowhere from Jay Uso for the cover to win the match.##

Nikki Cross defeated Lacey Evans, Tamina, Alexa Bliss in a Fatal 4-Way Match, Bayley Vs. Nikki Cross for the SmackDown Women's Championship match has also happened at WWE's The Horror Show: Extreme Rules. Despite being attacked by Bayley, Nikki Cross put herself into the match.##
Alexa Bliss planted a Sister Abigail on Nikki Cross and left the area as well as the match remained Triple Threat. At end of the match, Nikki Cross was victorious by rolling up Tamina.##
Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler Vs. The Riott Squad [WWE Tag-Team Championship Match]##
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler vs. The Riott Squad will officially be taking place at Clash Of Champions.##
The gold rush at WWE Clash of Champions will include the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, as Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler put their titles on the line against The Riott Squad, WWE revealed this.##
Nia Jaz & Shayna Baszler got to win the Women’s Tag Team Titles defeating Bayley and Sasha Banks. They also had to go through their titles in a Rematch against Bayley and Sasha Banks. This time too they retained the title.##
Talking about their opponents this time are The Riott Squad who has come around to defeat Both Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler in a Handicap match last week on Raw.##

The announcement took place during tonight's go-home SmackDown episode when AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy, and Sami Zayn went for a segment which was called, the Intercontinental Title Ascension Ceremony for the pay-per-view.##

Corey Grave was into the ring to explain the rules of the match. The three of them went on to have a trash-talking. Jeff Hardy took the and challenged Sami Zayn for a Triple-Threat for tonight and called to hang both the titles up to the hanger.##
Sami Zayn and Jeff Hardy both hung their titles, Sami Zayn went out of the ring. But suddenly, Zayn through a table damaging both of them. Zayn took some punches on Jeff Hardy, AJ Style came to take the shot on Zayn, but he was able to retrieve from there. Adam Pearce stopped Zayn and replaced the match with a Triple Threat match including AJ Styles. Meanwhile AJ Styles with a shot to Jeff Hardy.##
SmackDown Tag Team Champions Shinsuke Nakamura & Cesaro vs. Lucha House Party[SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match]##
SmackDown Tag-Team Championships will up to grab at Clash Of Champions as the champions Cesaro & Nakamura put their titles on the line against The Luch House Party.##
