With the exception of the September 2018 event, Hell in a Cell had been held in October. The 2021 event, however, moved the event series up to June, with the 2022 event scheduled for June 5 at the Allstate Arena in the Chicago suburb of Rosemont, Illinois. ##
The event will air on pay-per-view (PPV) worldwide and will be available to stream through Peacock in the United States and the WWE Network internationally. ##
