Box Office Prediction: Will Radhe Shyam Make 100 Cr India Gross On the First Day?
Mumbai, March 2, 2022: After the Baahubali series, Prabhas becomes the top star in India and when he came with the movie Saaho last time in the theatres, it crossed 100 Cr gross on its opening day. Now, he is coming with another huge budget movie Radhe Shyam which has been scheduled to release on 11th March 2022. ## As of now, Prabhas is the only actor who has 100 Cr India gross on its first day. He has 2 movies with this achievement, Baahubali 2 and Saaho. Now, will he be able to make it 3rd time? ## This time, it seems difficult to make 100 Cr India gross in a day, due to some reasons that are stated below. ## 1. Saaho was a high-octane action movie and action movies take better opening compared to romantic ones which Radhe Shyam as an action movie can reach every multiplex and single screen. Radhe Shyam's second trailer shows some serious great visuals which may make the mass audience excited. ## 2. It is releasing post-pandemic which will affect it. In Hindi, Maharastra still has 50% occupancy allowed in cinema halls which can be a big hurdle if 100% is not allowed by 11th March. ## 3. Andhra Pradesh Price issue: If new ticket price related G.O. does not come before the movie release, it will hamper big time in this 100 cr target. ## 4. 11th March is a normal working day. ## 5. In the Hindi market, Radhe Shyam's buzz is not up to mark as Saaho had. It is building gradually via promotion, song and new trailer, let's see, how much hype can be created. ## So, How Much Radhe Shyam will possibly earn on its opening day? ## Karnataka: 10 Cr ## AP/TG: 55.00 Cr* ## Tamil Nadu: 3.50 Cr ## Kerala: 1.50 Cr ## Hindi States: 20 Cr* ## Total Possible India Gross: 90.00 Cr Gross ## *condition 1: AP government order is in favour of extra ticket prices and shows. ## *condition 2: Maharastra allowed 100% occupancy ## So, it seems difficult for Radhe Shyam to enter 100 Cr India gross opening day club even if these 2 conditions are in favour.
