AEW All Out 2023 is all set to take place over Labor Day weekend on September 3, 2023. The event will break from its usual location at the Now Arena, situated in the Chicago metro area, and will instead be hosted at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. This change is a departure from the norm, with the only exception being the 2020 event due to the COVID-19 pandemic that year.

# All Out is an annual PPV established by AEW in 2019, traditionally held during Labor Day weekend. It is one of AEW's prominent "Big Four" PPVs, which also comprises Double or Nothing, Full Gear, and Revolution. These are the four major quarterly shows produced by AEW. Notably, during the Forbidden Door PPV held on June 25, 2023, AEW announced that the fifth installment of All Out would be staged on September 3 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. This marks a departure from the previous practice of holding the event at the Now Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. However, it's important to note that the 2020 event was an exception due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to the main event, All Out week will feature AEW's regular weekly television programs, namely Wednesday Night Dynamite and Friday Night Rampage. These shows will be held at the Now Arena on August 30. Dynamite will be broadcast live that night, while Rampage will be aired on tape delay on September 1. Additionally, the Saturday Collision show will be broadcast live from the United Center on September 2, just one night ahead of the All Out event. Tickets for all these events became available for purchase on July 14.
