Inglewood, 18 November - Here is the live coverage for the 2023 AEW Full Gear which is set to take place on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at the Kia Forum in the Los Angeles suburb of Inglewood, California.
In a stacked event card, Eddie Kingston defends his ROH World Championship against Jay Lethal, while MJF and Samoa Joe put their ROH World Tag Team Championship on the line against The Gunns. The card features diverse matchups, including Hikaru Shida vs. Toni Storm for the AEW Women's World Championship and a six-man tag team clash with Sting, Darby Allin, and Adam Copeland facing The Patriarchy.
The AEW International Championship is up for grabs as Orange Cassidy takes on Jon Moxley, and The Golden Jets battle The Young Bucks with high stakes: a championship opportunity or team disbandment. Other matches include Kris Statlander defending the AEW TBS Championship in a three-way bout and a four-way tag team ladder match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship. AEW Full Gear (2023) Ongoing Results
Eddie Kingston vs. Jay Lethal w/Jeff Jarrett, Sonjay Dutt, Karen Jarrett and Satnam Singh
In this scenario, Lethal, supported by a crew and backed by board member Hathaway, faces Eddie in an intense match. Since The Golden Jets won, they get The Young Bucks' AEW World Tag Team Championship opportunity. Had The Golden Jets lost, they would have had to disband as a team.
The match starts with Matt and Jericho engaging in chain wrestling, but the Bucks resort to heel tactics against Jericho. The Bucks target Jericho's injured arm, drawing boos from the California crowd. Despite the Bucks working over Jericho, he manages to tag in Omega, leading to a chaotic sequence.
