Blockbuster '777 Charlie' Ends Opening Week With 50 Crores At The Worldwide Box Office

Bengaluru, June 17 - Rakshit Shetty's adventure comedy-drama film "777 Charlie" has scored an excellent first week at the worldwide box office. The emotional journey of a man and a dog gets the love of the audience as it finished first with 50 crores gross worldwide.
Directed by Kiranraj K., "777 Charlie" minted 45.40 crores at the Indian box office in the first 7 days. In Karnataka, the film grossed 37.67 crores during the same period and is the 4th highest-grossing movie of 2022 in the state, after "KGF 2", "RRR", and "James".
"777 Charlie" is the second highest-grossing movie of Rakshit Shetty, behind only blockbuster "Avane Srimannarayana (ASN)", which grossed approx. 75 crores worldwide. The latest blockbuster is well on track to become the biggest grosser of the actor and might end up as one of the highest-grossing Kannada movies of the year.
The film follows the journey and bonding between a lonely factory worker and a Labrador Retriever. Dharma (Rakshit) is a loner, who doesn't socialize with people, and spends his time working in a factory. Charlie, a small Labrador dog makes a complete changeover in Dharma's life. In the companionship of the little Charlie, Dharma finds his purpose in life and develops himself into a better human.
Produced by Rakshit Shetty, and G. S. Gupta, the movie is winning the hearts of the audiences with its heartwarming emotional storyline. It also stars Sangeetha Sringeri, Raj B. Shetty, Danish Sait, and Bobby Simha, among others in key roles.
