Box Office: Gadar 2 Second Friday Early Estimates; Terrific Hold

Mumbai, August 18 - Gadar 2 has shown a terrific hold at the box office as the early estimate collections suggest 20 crores net and might go higher on its second Friday which is again an incredible number as it dropped around 15% only from its Thursday collections.

The first week of Gadar 2 ended on a massive note of around 285cr net and with the help of today's collections, the film has crossed the milestone of 300cr net in just 8 days. The drop today was limited in multiplexes as well as in single screens.



The collections of Gadar2 will improve tomorrow and remain to be seen how much. The film is still in the race to become the highest-grossing film ever but it needs to show huge gains over the next two days. A second weekend could be around 80+ which will be an excellent result for the movie.

Gadar2 has become the first film of Sunny Deol which crossed the 300cr net mark. It is the second outright Bollywood movie of the year to cross this milestone. Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan fronted Pathaan did this and went on the score over 500 crores net lifetime collection.
