Box Office: 'Kalki 2898 AD' First Tuesday Early Estimates

Hyderabad, July 2 - Kalki 2898 AD continues to score well at the Hindi box office after another solid hold on its first Tuesday. The movie is seeing a drop of around 20% from Monday which is a good hold as Monday was stronger than expected after the extended opening weekend.

The Nag Ashwin's directorial blockbuster, on its 6th day, scored an estimated 13-14+ crores net collection in Hindi. This takes its total to 141+ crores in the dubbed version as the first full week is heading for 160+ crores net.



The weekday trend of Kalki 2898 AD is almost similar to RRR in Hindi and it will probably be heading towards a similar finish. However, the lack of major new releases for another 10 days could give an additional push to Kalki in the second weekend to collect and there are chance it might finish above RRR in the long run.

Apart from Hindi, Kalki 2898 AD also scored a decent hold in the other versions as all versions are estimated to be 33+ crores gross on the first Tuesday. With today's collection, Kalki's domestic gross is around 443 crores. It is expected to be 485+ crores gross in all languages by the end of the week.
