Box Office: 'Mr and Mrs Mahi' Second Day/First Saturday Early Estimates

Mumbai, June 1 - After a good opening, Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor's sports romantic drama Mr and Mrs Mahi sees a drop of around 30% on its second day which was with the regular prices. The opening day collection got a boost due to Cinema Lovers Day where ticket prices were Rs. 99/ticket.

According to the early estimates, Mr and Mrs Mahi scored 4.50-4.75 crores net collection on its second day/first Saturday, showing a decent hold. The total collection is around 11.25+ crores net in 2 days with the first 3-day weekend heading today 17 crores net.



The second-day collection of Mr and Mrs Mahi could have been its Friday collection or even lower without discounted prices so the hold is pretty good. A 20% jump on Sunday is expected and then, it is all about hold on Monday.

A good hold on Monday might pave the way for the movie to reach 50 crores net mark which will be a good result for the film. The movie could emerge as the second box office success of the month for Rajkummar Rao after Srikanth.
