Box Office: The Kerala Story Second Monday Early Estimates
Mumbai, May 15 - The Kerala Story remains rock solid on its second Monday and is likely to hit the double-digit mark again.
After scoring an excellent second weekend, the blockbuster hit scored an estimated 9.50-10.50 crores net on Monday, pushing the total net collection to around 147 crores in 11 days. The movie is performing exceptionally well in the Mumbai circuit and is also strong in other markets as well.
With this sort of trending at the box office, The Kerala Story is bound to cross 200 crores net easily, but from hereon, even 250 crores net looks well within reach. It will cross 150 crores net tomorrow and will become the second-biggest Bollywood movie for the year.
The Kerala Story will also become the highest-grossing female-centric Indian film of all time by tomorrow, beating Kangana Ranaut's "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" which scored around 151 crores net. Worldwide, it will look to match the numbers of "The Kashmir Files" which grossed over 340 crores last year.
