Box Office: Top 10 Eid Holiday Collection Of Bollywood Movies
Mumbai, April 12 - Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff's action thriller Bade Miyan Chote Miyan was released on the Eid holiday but performed underwhelming at the box office. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the movie scored an estimated 15.50 crores net collection in Hindi.
Eid has been one of the biggest days for the Bollywood box office but BMCM failed to seize the opportunity by not being able to generate enough buzz to score big on the day. Despite featuring an A-List star cast and a blockbuster director, the movie couldn't even make it to the top 10 biggest Eid holiday collections.
There was Ajay Devgn's Maidaan also released but it also performed poorly, earning just around 4.50 crores net. Superstar Salman Khan's films have traditionally done well on Eid and have dominated the top 10 collections of this particular festival.
