Jon Moxley Injury Update After AEW Dynamite Grand Slam
New York, 20 September - Jon Moxley got injured during his match against Rey Fenix at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam. The injury happened after Moxley took a Black Fire Driver from Fenix, and it looked like his head hit the mat hard.
Bryan Alvarez provided an update on Moxley's condition and mentioned that he was indeed hurt during the match. However, the good news is that it doesn't seem to be a major injury. Additionally, the way the match ended was not planned.
According to PWInsider, there's a possibility that Moxley suffered a concussion. During the match, Moxley had to signal to the referee to make the count, even though it wasn't part of the planned script. The match concluded with Fenix delivering another Black Fire Driver to secure the victory.
After the match, Moxley was examined by doctors for an extended period before eventually sitting up and walking out.
