'Kalki 2898 AD' Pre-Sales Crosses Huge $1 Million In North America

Los Angeles, June 11 - Director Nag Ashwin's hugely-awaited sci-fi epic Kalki 2898 AD is unstoppable at the North American box office as the pre-sales have crossed huge $1 million for all days with 15 days still left for the premieres.

Starring Pan India superstar Prabhas alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani, the movie has scored $1+ million in advance sales, including $800K for the premieres only from over 1450 shows. It has sold over 26.5K tickets and is on track to score the biggest premiere for an India title.



Major theatre chains like AMC are yet to open booking so a further jump is expected once the full-fledged advance begins. Prathyangira Cinemas is releasing the movie in North America and it has set an IMAX format release also for it.
